  1. Think I was just confused that you could buy an m8/m6 crossover but only one option for barbed fittings. Just decided to order the actual built crossover this morning haha
  2. I recently burst my crossover pipe and I'm Going to cut the amount of hose needed of my current hose as it's way to long. The crossover you can buy on tartty which is already fitted with barbed fittings has 2 different sizes (m6/m8) comes with an olive and shroud nut. I'm confused as to why I would need them? Could I not just buy 2 barbed fittings, put them into the cut hose and put them onto my brake without a shroud nut and olive? And are the barbed fittings the same size but the m6/m8 is referring to something else to do with the other parts on the cylinder? Sorry if it's confusing, don't really know how to explain what I'm confused about haha. Cheers Edit : I'm using the newer cylinders if that helps.
  3. I go to the edge of where I'm taking off and I find taking a huge preload helps. Go at an angle aswell. Might want to type it into the search bar, I did recently and found a few topics with different things to try if what I said doesn't suit you
  4. I'm thinking about doing that after I finish my proper video. Don't seem to be able to do more than one hop before a side hop though Cheers
  5. Me and Derek had no rear brakes today so we took some clips and put this together. Nothing amazing and not much variation but oh well Comments please?
  6. Don't have a belt sander though
  7. Ive recently switched from a normal rim to an angled (tapered) rim with a medium grind (not sharp) and my brake is shocking because not even half touches the rim and I'm wondering how long roughly it should take for the pads (lgms) to wear at the angle of the rim (onza diamond) generally just doing tgs moves. Might be a stupid question haha, any help appreciated
  8. I used to think the same, but got some a few weeks ago and found they're amazing.
  9. Alot of my spokes are loose and this is causing problems with my rim moving making the brake rub. Is there a certain way to tighten them or do I just turn each spoke nipple until each spoke is tight? Any help appreciated
  10. Oh, I thought it would take a bit longer aha.
  11. Why not just buy a good condition second hand frame off here for cheaper then use the rest of the money to upgrade parts for it? Shipping from china won't be quick and that's if it does get here, but on the other hand it could be fine
  12. I just dont like it, you might though.
  13. Just write 'bump' on the other topic which will bring it up to th top of the page
  14. The 'because" frame your looking ats bb rise is too high IMO , but the limey your thinking of has a nice geo
  15. It is a nice frame with s bb rise not too high but not too low. Personally that because your looking at has a bb rise way too high but judt my opinion
  16. Its about 1.5 inch long and half a cm wide at the widest bit. Its been like that for months and not changed and he does big drop gaps etc putting it through lots of stress so i imagine it would be fine.
  17. Have missed your videos G! Great riding as always
  18. You don't repost it, you bump the other topic
  19. Was thinking these were a good option. Does both race and sport give chain clearance ?
  20. Nah, needing a black hub and they are on order anyway. Thanks though
  21. Planning on ordering a new hub this week but I ride an ice 2 so need advice on one that won't make the chain eat at my frame. Any suggestions? Cheers
  22. If there is 2 or 3 people in one video, do they all have to contact the email adress individually or can all of their information be sent in one email?
