Heres mine, bit of a shit, yet good bike... Carrera Vulcan (old style frame) and thats the only thing that's been left standard. I am looking to replace the frame and forks for something a little better. It has an XT groupset, 50mm verde stem, rock shox judy forks, dmr wingbars, hope hubs, mavic rims, el gato tyres (just because they have the brown wall) and bb5 front & rear Excuse the snow, was taken before i set off home from work.

shall we try the week rule for this round? and see if we get more people entering?

i dunno that sounds like its jumping the gun a bit as we need to allow people time to join in, as not everyone can get out the day they see this? Also need to come up with some way of doing it so that its clear what round were upto?

so just try to copy a round no harm in trying eh?

personally think the new idea is very good, because it gives people chance to film. If say by sunday night no one has beaten it then its yours. But since the rule was not enforced before you put the clip up i think you should have it and enforce the rule on round two. 1 week to beat it, or first clip posted within that week that matches it? Everyone needs to agree thats going to take part, i don't want people being like aw well whats the point in joining in ill never get the clip in time? I've gone all cross eyed now trying to think about this..

I wouldn't say i even have a trials career But heres one of my fav pics. Taken by Jim (my boyfriend) I think it was the first or second ride on my T-Pro (now snapped ) I had rode up lifted my front wheel onto the wall and endo'd up it. Nothing amazing but the picture just sums up me and Jim riding, he told me to do it, so i did.. And i wouldn't learn things if he wasn't always pushing me and telling me to have a go. Plus everytime i look at this pic it makes me want to go for a pedal

ok so is hairspray not an industry standard for all grips? Read the instructions on a set of DMR grips once and even Len recommends it.

Free for all untill its established? Have a look at the video i posted in videos. But yeah all ideas are useful, the place i stole the idea from, has 4 rounds on the go at any one time. (flatland, park, street and basic)

Hiya guys, a few people have said they are up for this. I think it should work if people don't get silly with it! I've done the first round and kept it simple so as many people as poss can join in if they want! If you can do the move better or add something then do it as thats what will win the round! Simple stuff! Round 1: 180 and back in direction you came. If you can't 180 then try this. 1.a: Hop to something, landing with front wheel down. First person to upload a video clip of them landing one of above mentioned moves gets to select the next round! Its really that simples! There is no prize for winning this just the prestige of winning and getting to pick the next round. If the rounds finished theres also no reason you can't just get evolved anyway its just meant to be a bit of fun! Note: I don't have brakes, but if you do then use em! Also last clip, foot goes down because its a wall behind the camera.

Thats the type of thinking i'm guessing everyone is doing. And i'm disappointed in you of all people you should be up for this Street trials bits no? i can think of at least 25 rounds to do and then theres lines...

I've sorta stole the idea from a skateboarding forum i frequent lol. I'm sure everyone knows the rules of the game someone does a trick/move people have to match or beat it, with the online version you post a short video/clip of the move, people match/beat it best and best one win's and picks next round's move. (community judged) This may or may not work/be a good idea for trials-forum you could have one big video pool, or separate categories like TGS move, Street line, natural line etc etc. This might be good for people as you'll get suggested thing's you wouldn't normally try or just push yourself if you have no one to ride with, also push creativity and technical riding! I feel this could work as long as people didn't turn it into a side hop and gap fest. I have an idea for the first clip so if people are up for it and want to take part i'll sort it out and post it up
