It depends on age, condition, spec etc. but for 70 I'd say it'll probably be ok.

It's a good bike. The brakes should be fine and from my experience the tensile 60 freewheel is really reliable.

It's definitely a good idea. It could be that the video wasn't a true representation of the riding.

You can get liquid ptfe. The stuff I've used before is called t seal. Its a bit better for something small like a bleed screw.

In my opinion cousts, heatsinc yellows and lgms all work just as good as long as the brakes are set up right. To me the brake pads argument is just an excuse for shit riders.

I like to use a 2 bolt just to take any flex out of the brake. How I see it is that even if the frame doesn't flex the brake still will. If you think about how the brake fits to the bike it must be able to move.

Violin wax instead of tar and a light grind. Any decent pads with that combo and a good bleed and you're in business.

Excellent choice from bing but my favourite is Flipps latest. I'm not gonna post it though because its near the top in the video section now.

I think it's a common misconception that riding vids should contain huge moves. In my opinion a nice flow with interesting lines combined with a good edit are the keys to a good video. This video had those qualities.
