By saying it gash we're referring to when it's relied on.. I used to only use tar and I hated it, constantly worried if it was going to rain, but it doesn't stop me from bringing it on a ride in-case my brake suddenly goes poop... a good set of pads and a decent grind and you get the perfect brake that works in all conditions. And once you keep using tar I found that it simply stops working.. you end up with shit loads of tar and no hold.. messes with your pads..

To be fair to them it is hard to do, I can't write anything that sounds new or "different". I just resort to whacking into drop C and copying other styles :/ It's not very often that you develop something different, which is why it's so hard these days, since where the hell are we meant to go with it now? then again look at dance music these days, thats practically all the same.. It's the reason why bands like pink floyd, the jimmy hendrix experience, santana, slayer.. made it so big, because they were talented enough to come up with something different. Although it does sound similar to a lot of new bands out there, it has the edge that others don't, and the fact they're only 15/16 makes it even more outstanding, give them a few more years and they'll definitely have a new style of music, I have high hopes for this band, get your autographs now.. could get a few bob on ebay for them one day

We've all had this problem, for me it felt like forever for me to learn, just keep trying and you'll eventually get it. try getting rear wheel hops sorted 100% first and it should help you in learning to pedal kick

I suppose it's a bit like like cracking your frame, on paper it's likely to happen, but wheather it does is a different story. I run mine like that and i've had no problems

Mines just like that, quite a problem, since it's only clamping using one bolt, it puts uneven stresses on the steerer clamp, so chances are at some point it'll crack in-between the bolts. only thing I could suggest it to get a stem with a sloping top cap :/ also depending on what headset you have, if it's an open bearing headset like an fsa pig then you could shed some space by buying a slimmer like an echo sl headset or something of the sort... might get the steerer to reach the second bolt.

spring on chain tensioner snapped, wedged a bolt inbetween the frame and tensioner with a cable tie around it, then I ended up drilling through the tensioner and sitting a spring in so it sat against the chainstay.... best tensioner i'd ever used..

I used to ride a little like you and couldn't really resolve it, My front brake basically died and since I couldn't afford a new one I just rode without, I found that it forces you to track stand instead of rocking giving you much better balance and makes your riding much much smoother. Try taking off your front brake for a bit, if you see no improvement put it back on, what have you got to loose really

I don't see the point, I ride because I find it fun, I don't go on a ride intending on improving, but improving is part of doing the sport I love.
