  1. ^^this. had a 990 wb,+20 frame and changed to 1030/+53,manuals are trickier than before and i´m totally relearning pedal ups atm, because the frame reacts that different on my movements. short little hijack:did anybody ride both a steety and a trialsy frame with the same wheelsize and can compare the different movements for pedal ups for me? i have the feeling a streety frame was a bit easier to get up to rear, but its paradox...
  2. if you adjust it the right way there should be no scratching. mind youd abuse it anyway,so no point in not bending it as you need it :wink2:
  3. you could mount an old derailleur and block it on one chainring, position it too far down so your chain cant go sideways. you´d have to use only one chainring though
  4. i did ride without helmet for years, and nothing happened.then the day came,i was in the local skatepark doing some 180 to fakie over a "pyramide thing",and another guy didnt notice i was already in the air,my back pointing in his direction,so i couldnt see him.rode into him fakie and looped out backwards, landing on the back part of my head.had headaches for weeks(could´ve been a concussion). now i wear one every ride, its only one brain you got... yeah its uncool, but he has to know. hopefully nothing happens to gorez, his vids are always cool, would be too sad if his next rig had wheels left and right...
  5. next vid:stephen hawking singing "if youre happy and you know it" on his speech computer... sorry, but the vid was so artificial in style its unreal
  6. c´mon, bump? you´ll be hardly getting other suggestions than 22:16 imo lol the answer was given :wink2: joking aside, anywhere from 16-18 is what i´ve seen so far.
  7. very cool.dropgap at 2:30 and the line that was finished by it were my favorites, dont ask me why. just saw you standing up there, aiming at that thing, guess 250cm away and 180 down, and thought that looked totally chilled out
  8. wippermann 7R8! i said it before,i know...lol well, nother day nother try.haha honestly, never snapped one of those despite it being declared as worn down by my rohloff caliper measure thingy, ridden one for a half year after the day i measured it,simply because i forgot about it... edit:i also took one apart, the rolls are bushed, awesome
  9. smear some cheese around the crack, then go for it with the heat gun. i´m sure it´ll turn into aluminium lol
  10. yeah but maguras up to 2010 had a polished alu cylinder pressed into the lever housing, and even the plastic hs11 had it. now both the 11 and 33 suck, and theres no point in it other than get rid of scrap carbon parts imo lol
  11. i think magura should ditch the whole carbotecture cr*p,a customer had a bent lever blade, and the lever had been replaced. took the oportunity to strip a 2011 lever down again, and thought something like: why the f**k is there a plastic cylinder? btw the cylinder had wearing marks on the inside,if it hadnt been bent at the blade it´d ´ve been leaking soon though. and that was a trekking bike! starting to get typical for that model lol anybody knowing when those tensiles are available?cant wait
  12. so you were one of that few! :wink2:
  13. finally got to some cool background,it deserves it imo...also a sneek prev of the vid in the making with cool i mean my ones(obviously the ones saying marino... and the cuy lol),not the toy story on the wall surface hahaha. in the vid more quality graffiti will be integrated hopefully.
  14. 22:16 was awesome on my old marino! i´d go for that
  15. fyi its a joke!in the past a few didnt get this lol
  16. or you dont go for recycled beverage cans and get a crmo frame... :wink2:
  17. i know that, another one is: "AAAAAAAALTEEEER!" which means "DUUUUUUDE!"
  18. if you raw it you´d have to polish it again every few months.looks cool though i´d paint it
