  1. didnt know about them, then i see no point in trying it other than said above, machining or another hubs driver
  2. you´d have to shorten 2 of the pawls, assuming there are 4,but you´d have to harden them after. and your driver bearing life would shorten dramatically
  3. cheap chinese these made of cheese with vees...
  4. since i´ve seen those 9t things the first time i thought: wow you have to have really a big wallet to buy chains every other month, just to be cool and ride microdrive drivetrains lol
  5. didnt you have a monkey as an avatar all the time?maybe it was set back from the system...
  6. regarding the pics of the frame itself i´ve seen his rearwheel will fall out going any further back lol imo either your previous frame had more tyre clearance or the new one has shorter chainstays
  7. sorry, meant the bike we´re talking about the whole thread. assuming the chainstays are measured c-c and the b5r6 having 350mm,with the chainlength giving you 349 to have with 18-12,you could only go further into the dropouts, which wouldnt make sense but things worse. i think the tyre simply doesnt fit
  8. are you searching for that stuff whole day long haahahahahaha
  9. no we cant. we just take a ruler and measure the remaining spokes. oh wait: :wink2:
  10. you change your mind very often, dont you? :wink2:
  11. as in "was already on a full bike". i couldnt get anything bigger in my 24 than a 2.5 tyrebecause of the chainstay length and the tyres height,my built clearance is 2.7 though. in some cases it just doesnt fit,you cant force it :wink2:
  12. is that the stock config of that bike? the tyre/frame clearance is pretty overkill from the start,it´d wonder me if you get this sorted without changing the tyre beat me to it.^^
  13. what makes you declare my help as useless?i´m just going through the possibilities as you describe your problem a bit wobbly,if somethings not working properly, theres something technically wrong, think you agree with this. as yoshi said, take every part involved apart and you will be most likely to find your problem.to be honest i assumed things were taken apart befor saying its"fine" :wink2: edit:you´ll find a cracked axle only if you take your axle off, they often crack on the inner bearing flange edit 2:seeing the pic i think youll have to tension the left side spokes a bit more.
  14. things are correct UNTIL they fail...
  15. could be a cracked hub axle then?
  16. Marino "the cuy!!!" frame is about to be shipped...
