gorgeous, i love that downtube reinforcement!
  3. i've got a madd gear pro team edition, got it second hand off the bay. it's pretty tough, i got it mainly cos it's tested up to 16 stone! slamm scooters look pretty good for the money, quite a few of them locally, or jd bugs can be had cheaply second hand. if you wait till after xmas all the spoilt rich kids'll have their old ones on ebay!
  4. it's like anything really, you can spend as much or as little as you want, i've seen places offering custom builds in excess of 500 quid! which is frankly ridiculous, i probably wouldn't spend that on a bike these days!
  5. i used to have an RB, i wish i'd kept it when i sold the bike! good booster
  6. i've got one my eldest boy rides one, and i was getting bored as hell stood around watching! i find it quite fun, but i just spend most of my time trying manuals oh yeah, i'm 31 btw, oldest scooter kid in town by far!

    Chain Info?

you can space out the cage on your mech using washers either side of the jockey wheels, you'll probably need longer bolts too though

awesome stuff, i loved that static 360 gap!
  9. dyno rod orange? doesn't get much brighter than that!
  10. you'll need some way of turning the cassette body to loosen it, you want a chain whip really to wrap around the sprocket
  11. is it fixed or cassette hub? if it's a cassette hub it'll just spin when you turn it
  12. weird, i was just thinking of doing this (although i can't weld for toffee)! some nice work there, as above it would be cool to see the frame repair too
  13. what type of brake are you using? post your setup and it'll be easier to help!
  14. it might work but it won't work well it'll end up sloppier than the local bikes haddock pasty
  15. i don't ride much but after about 3 hours use they've barely worn at all, i think i prefer them to the heatsinks to be honest! oh yeah, meant to say i run them on a fairly light grind
  16. i've got a set of these on my bike, apparently they fit heatsink refills http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CNC-trials-backings-Magura-pads-/250851793175?pt=Cycling_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3a67ee9917#ht_1094wt_1187 i'm using the soft refills he does as well, they seem on par with the heatsink blues i tried
