i think it's 110 so that it leaves room for snailcams each side. i'm pretty sure that's how all 116 hubs work, but i could be wrong

that's a good price, vintage tamiya kit goes for mental money! a new in box sand scorcher sold for 3k on ebay a couple of years ago

i used to buy shells from hk when i was racing, they were always fine. if you want something that'll last i'd suggest something with a simple shape, the really detailed shells like tamiya ones look awesome but they're really prone to splitting on the corners

because it's cool.

reading mbuk, i was into freeride/jumping/general bombing around on my chameleon and trials started catching my attention, mainly ashton and hawyesey. at the same sort of i time i met my mate lex who was well into it, he had the old cannondale ashton frame with p-bone forks and racelines, i loved that bike! so i swapped out my bombers for some gt steel forks and got my self a bashguard and some tar lol. the rest is history as they say

can't believe how short that pace frame was! looks mad nice to see some older uk comp footage

haven't done that in ages, might have to set up my touring car again if i can find a working battery pack!

i've got a couple tamiya mo3 mini x2 in bits tamiya tl01 with mini wishbones it (was a project but i forget what i was trying to achieve!) tamiya tl01b buggy in bits tamiya mad bull in bits (starting to see a pattern here lol) tamiya ta03 touring car tamiya f1 car from around 1993 axial ax10 rock crawler tamiya blackfoot extreme (smashed to bits!) tamiya ff01 civic vti shelf queen and a spital trial 12 buggy from the late 70's, now that's properly old! i never actually realised how many i had til i counted them just now, i used to race the minis and touring cars a few years ago
