  1. if you've already got tensiles....you don't need new ones just to go front freewheel (or track cog). You can just use a steel disc on there, secured by whatever you screw on afterwards (EG: coustellier bashring), IE: freewheel or cog. adam
  2. i know what this freewheel shizzle is about (Y) i was asking dave butler at darsham....and i asked him what the little plates on either side of the freewheel are (they are there...somewhere). Turns out they are pressed onto the freewheel to stop it exploding, which danny is quite good at (apparently). it is a custom 16t white ind ENO (72 clicks) which doesnt exist for anyone else. maybe that is a standard freewheel in that pic ( :- )...but he runs the 16t one normally. adam
  3. hey there....where is this going? :P" Steve-o is always a little harsh on his video reviews, and like he said scott- you are far far better at natural than he is, you ride yellow at ebtc, steve rides blue :D but in videos you are pretty similar If you read the thread again people...you may see a totally different meaning- like scunny says, he isn't trying to be a dick :ermm: btw: nice video- i respect anyone who puts in the effort to make a video to inspire someone else and that weren't bad :P some imaginative lines... adam

  8. and at ter darsham comp? (Y) This'll be onza's first signature frame then....the t-raptor didn't really count :) i didn't see "akrigg" on it.. So...coustellier rides for koxx- koxxstellier Butler rides for onza- onzabutellier? adam PS: go ashley!
  9. surely you could just ride the 26" if you feel like it (Y) 'tis much better :P" adam

  12. we know water isnt compressible....what are you getting at? i take it there should be air in this chamber that fills with water? well duh...if there is water instead of air there will be trouble- try bleeding a mag with water (Y) sorry if i got it soooo wrong... adam
  13. put in vice and turn ter other end... i've done this a few veeeeeeeery frustrating times..worst case was to drill a 3mm hole in it and bang in a small allen bit from a socket set (tapered end), then i just unscrewed the socket bit with a spanner and it brought the bolt out too. spray some wd40 in there  good luck adam
  14. i don't think oil is noticeably easier to compress than water.... the weird thing about water is that it expands when freezes...nothing else too special. adam
  15. download speed isnt even funny (Y) adam Edit: 12 hrs to go...oh dear 22mins to go....

  20. Oh....i'm looking forward ter this one :o It was good in blue last year, so i reckons red should be fun (Y) It is a mission for me too (not as much as for some other people....) but my mum knows someone who lives in Aldeburgh (just round the corner from Darsham) so we're gonna stay there on saturday :o roll on the sunshine  adam

  22. hey div...it sounds like a good idea, but surely the pads would just move out a bit (Y) instead of all this catastrophic failure jizz... btw...water does contract when cooled (Y) (above freezing..) adam
  23. how weird.. (Y) mine went yesterday. Actually it went on friday, replaced it, then it went again yesterday. It has never happened to me before (in 3 years..). Twice in three days? The my lever broke- done that before though (Y) Most people just stick with the plastic (that's what i had) and to be honest...it usually lasts. adam
