  5. 24t ratchet....that bit sounds good- 4 pawls offset...doesn't sound so good. Only two pawls engage at once....you must like the pawl design! The sound familiar to the ENO pawls (trials) with the flat end? Could be a repeat of the zoo hub? Only one pawl there! Just sounds to me that two pawls isn't going to spread the load much.... adam

  8. Happened with my tensiles....just unscrew the lot (pedal + axle + insert), and then clamp the insert in the vice and unscrew the pedal. Ta daaaa....make sure you dont clamp it too tight (use the collar) otherwise you'll deform it....shouldn't be too easy too since the pedal axle is in there... hope that made sense... adam

  22. This is what he replied to me when i sent a PM (couple of weeks ago): They will be £15 a pair which includes a pair of pads, and postage and packing. I have 25 pairs in this first production run. + They take Heatsink pads, the same ones that fit maggies and the forthcoming moulded pads. + They can be refilled again and again at only £6 a go (including postage and packaging) + More rigid geometry than conventional Vee backings + Aerospace Aluminium backing machined in the UK and the boss is steel with 12mm thread length for normal fitting nuts. + Lightweight and trick looking! I have reserved a pair they are hopefully going to get to me some time next week (i assume). They come with the white material at the moment. adam heheh
