  1. This is what I have. And it states 160mm on the internet and marked F. I think I have figured out what the problem is. Different manufacturers do not standardise adapter markings, so F from brand X is different to adapter F from hope.. How confusing!
  2. I see, it was just confusing seeing F and that was the adapter im ordering lol Anyone else think its just a "+0" adapter? Cheers
  3. Hi all, yes its me again I'm going to upgrade the front rotor to 180mm hope saw on my Trial Zone (currently 160mm). Put all the bits together in tarty basket and then went to check the bike and just make sure I'm ordering the correct adapter (adapter F) (on tartybikes it says adapter F is for 180mm front 160 rear) So I look on my bike and see this... "F" How come im running a 160 on an adapter thats application is for 180?? Has it been installed upside down maybe? Here is a picture... (1sec)
  4. Yes black 07 hope mini lever. Thanks dude I like it too Got a new cap for trial zone also and diaphragm. Pic shortly. Cheers
  5. Welcome to thw forum and congratulations on your purchase Hope you enjoy trials and if you have any questions I hope we can help you. Cheers
  6. Cheers lads I got a hope one. And new pads and nut and reservoir cap and bolts and diaphragm's. And cleaned disks and bedded them in today. Feels almost new, just waiting for tarty to get the brass barrels back in stock and that will sort out the rest of the wiggle/play and then get the stan hose spares Before After Mmmmm Stans bolts, love em. Cheers all.
  7. The chain could have broken/weakened because of a bad landing onto it... If thats the only problem with the bike I think youv got a good purchase there. Cheers
  8. Hehe I know iv tried to program before and gave up lol. I think youv done an excellent job. I would be interested in working on a mobile phone game for iphone/android if anyone knows much about that. Would be good to put that on google play store for 99p and see how it does. I'll have to practice my 3d studios Keep at it man im looking forward to having a go
  9. No the trial zone will not fit as the barrel hole and pivot hole are too close and off a different size. Thanks krazykid, I thought they looked simlar just needed someone to say yes they fit Thankyou for your replies as allways. Cheers
  10. Hi all, Can anyone clarify for me what lever blade will fit this hope? Been looking around, I think it's a 2006?? Thanks
  11. Echo lite 20" please . Could you do upgrades and a money system? Online score board for friends track times/faults and customisable colour schemes? Say money is used to replace tyres that wear at a certain rate and have an X% chance of a part braking and pay for repair. Also use money to buy new helmets and gear. Upgrades havto be purchased but are only unlocked once you get to x level... grips... pads... tyres.... etc.. Im getting carried away now... Can I play this on my mobile? Cheers g and hope to try it out soon Track maker? Simple obsticle placer sort of thing? Is that what I saw in the video lol I should have watched it a few times.
  12. Good idea . I can do some 3d modelling but other than that I didnt know what to do as I had a simlar idea. Keep it up n hope my bike is in there Cheers
  13. Looks pretty nice that, id go ride it n if its ok buy it. Watch out for obvious damage but usualy there is somthing small to fix on 2nd hand bikes. Let us know how you go with it and see you around the forum buddy. Cheers all.
  14. That will be perfect. If you decide to quit. Not a fortune gone Hope you dont quit though and enjoy it. Cheers
  15. I always say just get what you can afford and dont spend so much. And old monty 20" for £250 and up should do for anyone who is just learning. Then you can decide if you want to carry on and hopefully know if you want to change to a bigger bike. If you do brake it.. hasnt cost so much and most of the parts go towards spares.. Hope that helps Cheers
  16. Naa this has been weldite araldite mega stuck.. the frame has been sanded even by the look of the edge...
  17. I have some of those and I have had a go but I need to remove the lever so I can actually hammer it properly.. Thank you for the info mate, appreciate it.
  18. How do I get it off? Not sure what its stuck diwn with.. and what shall I use to re-secure it to the frame? Cheers
  19. So since I had the bike its had a carbon downtube protector on it and I just took the guys word for it not being damaged (daft I know) Just wondering if there was a dent/crack there would there be any audible difference when knocking it ( like the old " how to find a hidden secret door by knocking on the wall") Heres a vid I just made not sure if you can hear the change in sound.. and im thinking maybe the bashguard bolt hole/weld is changing the tone... I dont want to take off the guard if possible as I cant get a new one right now. It seems to ride fine and not noticed any creaks or stress sound's. Just having never checked under there it worries me slightly. .. Vid;
  20. I would also reccomend Deng bikes (Echo, Zoo etc) or even an older Monty if you dont want to spend too much money. I learned to ride trials 10 or so years ago on a monty and they are good bikes (not too suited to street but I certainly enjoyed all riding when I was learnig.) Iv started again recently with a more modern bike and im not noticing too much difference (maybe because of such a long break) but in general id say get somthing cheaper and older to learn on, atleast if you do break it, you havnt spent a lot. Or if your like me just impulse buy the bike youv seen and like lol Hope you have fun anyway Cheers
  21. My friends echodisk is rubbish...hmm I think its his pads or disk then... and you shouldn't water bleed any disk brake as the water will boil off and many other reasons. He also runs a rear tr lever/ "dengura" water blead, and its fine and doesn't leak. I think its how good you set them up and bleed them and what pads and disk you use that make more off a difference. I cant see a echo tr disk being any better or worse than any other. Cheers
  22. Thank you sir. I did some more Googling and found a little bit more info on the diaphragm. A few people have said it's quite normal for a bit of fluid to show around the MC lid after a fresh bleed. I guess that hole is there for a reason Another little thing is, on my other lever (mono trial) the reservoir bolts had been round off by whoever and I can't get them free with an allen key I was thinking; Pliars around the side if the allen bolt but cant get grip. So... Knock a slightly bigger key in. Saw a slot into the bolt and use a flat head driver? Which one seems the best idea? Or have any others? Im going to order new bolts also (stan Ti probably) Cheers again.
  23. Hi all. Just blead my front trial zone and after rolling on the diaphragm and tightening everything up I hear a small hiss and tiny bit of fluid in the small hole on the reservoir (breather hole?) Is this normal? The brake feels ok even with repeted pumping. Is this just air trapped above between the diaphragm and lid? Thanks as allways. Mark This is where...
