Just passed my driving test on Friday, 22 45mins lessons wasn't so bad to be honest, and driving on the wrong side of the road now comes quite naturely(sp?)

am i the onlyone thta has seen the whole first series?!?! usually they come out about 6 months later in spain than anywhere else, but i saw the whole first series months ago!! tha last episode was cool, but the ending was a bit.... dunno a let down, i thought it was going to be a bit more exciting.... but yeah this is one of my favorite series, up there with prison break (first series) and house.

it sounds weird but the other day, i woke up after a night out WITHOUT drinking, and had a killer hangover it was a very long night, (from 11pm to 6am) so that made me start thinking, i recon 0nly a minor part of a hangover is actually caused by alcohol, as people have said before, dehydration plays a major part in it, as well as loud music killing you ear drums for about 6hrs non stop.... (after that who wouldn't have a headache!! ) and the lack of food n energy and stuff.... so yeah, i usually drink about 2 ltrs of water, lots of food in the morning, and if i can be arsed, go to the beach = best hangover cure in the world, ever!

how did you find out about your anxiety issues? and the depression? just curious ye know, did you go to the docters because yu felt ill or did someone recomend you to see someone? just interested really

I feel for you all, i used to live in Essex, capital scum county!, i t was full of mentalists shitters and drug addicts, i was started on once buy a kid (i was 13 at the time) because i didn't have 10p to lend him!!!! i also found out when i left that the Essex boys had lots of contact and members in my town (Braintree) one of my sisters friend was kiddnaped at shotgun point by her ex-boyfriend (an Essex boy member if my memory serves my right) with her two year old kid aswel!! there we sooooo may stabbibg, bottlings, killing in my area it was untrue, i'm sooooooooooooo (i cannot xpress that enough) glad to have left shitty England, just to put things into perspective, not ONCE in 4 years of living here, going out drinking untill 6am, riding all night, has anyone tried to start on me o a friend, the difference is unbelievable. I think the main reason is the police force, in England it's absolute shite, they don't do anything....at all...EVER!!! here (in Barcelona) there are three main police forces, The nacional police, the "guardia Urbana" (translates to urban guards) and "los Mossos" They are the fachist riot police, notorious for beating up detained people!! you do not want to mess with these f**kers, they will not hesitate to give you a slap or two if you don't co-operate, it's harsh but it certainly works, when ther'e a riot o whotever, about 5 van full of there barstard come wizzing into town with full riot gear those shotguns with rubber pellets and all sorts, i've been around a few of these riots and it's not pleasant (but i admit it is pretty fun when 10 big mofos come running after you with battons!!) anyway to the point, i ramble faar too much. en fin it's the polices fault for not doing anything....

MEE TOOOOO, i was really suprised with it... the bit when they're going up the mountain with the kid (the end bit basically) really fooked me up... the first time EVER that i hit the desk angrily whilst watching a film...... every time i think of that scene really makes me feel sorry for the kid.... and knowing that it sort of really happede makes it even worse!!

ohhh yes, so many of my mates have ended up on their arses!! i've changed the chain/mech now, back to running single speed and the KMC. the seats already pretty low, and you don't really notice it when riding!

I went for a check up a while ago, my girlfriend wanted to start to use the pill, so we both had a test done. Mine came up positive for hepatitis B, the worse thing was that i had to wait for nearly a bloody week for them to tell me which hepatitis i had, as the test they did only showed up that i had a hepatitis but not which one in particular (a more indepth test shows that up) so, feck knows how many blood tests and a few days of utterly cacking my pants later, i found out that it was B so i was essentially a happy bunny, but two months of eating nothing but rice and bits of chickin, turning yellow, not being able to eat anything nice (e.g chocolate fried food etc) and loosing nearly 7 kgs of weight was not the most amusing thing i've experienced, but to be honest ofter knowing that i wasn't hepitisas C positive it didn't really affect me emotionally. Anyways a lesson to be learnt here.... but i'm not sure which as i still havn't got a clue where the friggin hell i cought the little shit from!

I met James hitchcox the other day, he came into my shop, he's a super nice guy and his bike is ridicuosly light (25.5lbs with 4 pegs 2 brakes and giro!! ). And joe cox/josh bedford were over here not long ago, but i couldn't ride with them due to work!

just fitted a Sram 5 on my 24UK, was sick and tired of pedaling like a fool, so i created a 6sp cassette from random ones i have, and the rest is the same as Ali C's, i used a sram purely because it does bang against the frame and make an irritating noise!
