Yeah, me too. I reckon it's something to do with my hands typing common word forms almost automatically (like break). So I type them, and then notice that I've spelt them wrong. So with pen and paper I'm fine :huh:

I've spent the last two years with no real breakages. I think once you're passed the "total beginner" stage, you don't break mech hangers so much. And when you get a nice bike, with quality parts, they don't die as quickly as cheap parts. The only thing I've broken are cheap frames/forks/components. Just get decent stuff and it'll see you right for many a year :huh:

You are supposed to adjust the avid with the adjuster dials on the caliper itself. Probably won't solve your problem but might do. Is the bolt that holds the cable in tight?

If he was a legit physio as I'm sure he is, I don't think he would ever consider being so irresponsible as to tell someone to do something that is this serious (Like take the cast off), without even seeing them! Chances are you probably can get away with it, but what if there are problems? You should go to the doctors and get it done the proper way. If you can't go to your local hospital, can you go to a different one?

Oh, you must be the brains then. (That's right, guns that fire shot...) To be honest, I find a lot of peoples' riding really dull. Like a mod video with sidehop, gap, sidehop etc. I can appreciate the difficulty and that some people enjoy doing stuff like that. But I probably wouldn't say that about someone's video, because it's only going to start arguments. In the same way that people are allowed to ride bikes however they like, I can think what I want to about other peoples' riding. I don't *really* see why we all have to be really nice to each other and love each other's videos.
