I'm going to go a bit old school and say the Trials King vid with Danny Holroyd riding the Pace, not sure the exact name is though. It was the first time I saw anyone do a reverse nose wheelie and I was thinking "WTF?!" Its the one where he nearly bails on a paper bank at the end.

Depends mainly on the crank quality really, I rounded off 3 pairs of Power Pros in 6 months yet I have had my Middleburns (square taper) for 2 years and are still fine. Best you can do it keep checking there tight after a long ride.

Nice little vid, thought some of the sections were unnecessarily repeated though. I liked the "Urban Freeride" styles :P Just needs some boobs and it would be perfect .

OK I don't have Premiere I actually use Ulead Video Studio 8 but the way I compress my vids is work in uncompressed AVI format the whole time, render/save it as an AVI file (which will be massive!) then as Phil says plonk it into Windows Movie Maker and compress is into a WMV as much (or little) as you want.

Harsh man, I got jumped by 5 drunk Chavs once when I was on my bike. Look on the bright side, he was older than you and obviously drinks a lot ergo he will probably die before you :P Or if you want a slightly less harsh evaluation if he keeps doing it he'll probably get arrested soon.
