Made sure the keyboard settings are set to English UK?

Him making a couple of mistakes hasn't really anything to do with it. I know what an amazing rider he is, I helped set up the Elite section at a comp he came to, it was f**king difficult. He ended the comp with a score of 3. I guess you can put it down to nerves. But to answer your question, yes, absolutely. I think the problem is you're looking at it from within the community, and how people are going to 'see' trials. I think it's more important just to make people aware of a sport that isn't even known. Any press is good press etc etc.

I'll admit when I'm wrong, and you can probably pull up any topic where I've been wrong and see that. But if I don't agree with something I'm going to discuss it as long as the other person is willing. And note in this case it's not just me who's said something. When something like this is said... ...I have to call that person out on it. Especially when that someone is integrated into the trials scene 10 times as much as myself it just saddens me to read comments like that.

I found it both amusing and annoying you didn't spell her name right. Also, I never said I'd put the two in the same category. To be clear, I have no problem with whatever any trials rider does with their skill, and if more adverts that have trials riders in the better. I just find it totally hypercritical how you, someone who rides trials for a living can complain about how another rider takes a step in an attempt to become a professional trials rider too. I could just as easy call you out for doing an advert for a product you probably never consume or recommend anyway. AGT was seen my millions of people, that's millions of people who didn't know what trials was now knowing what trials is. That's a big deal for the trials scene in the USA which is a lot less substantial over here than it is in the UK. I'd love to know how many of those millions thought 'his riding was a little sketchy' or 'I don't like this riding style'. How in your right mind would you have preferred him not to be on the show at all? How has he done anything bad for the trials community / scene? And about his personality, it's what carried him so far through the competition, he was extremely humble and pleasant he wouldn't have got as far as he did.

Ali how was what Jeremy did any different to you riding trials professionally?

I hate to be a copypasta, but these were posted on OTN a while ago.

Tried it in two different browsers too.

When I try to read old PM's (~middle of summer 2010) it just takes me back to the homepage. The newer ones open fine. Is it just me?

Haha, yeah I still have that picture saved. It's in a folder named "Dirty TF", it's that picture, fatpants in the shower, porters balls, and that one mod (George?) with his penis in a pringle can I think.

If you go to bed with an itchy bum, you'll wake up with a smelly finger.

Have you seen Shutter Island and Memento?

...link and I'll be the judge if it's gay or not. Simps how did it end up online anyway?

Because if someone is slightly drunk they aren't likely to need help?

Has it always been like that since you got it? Or just recently started?

We had an issue like this where I used to work. There was a group of us who used to work at this shop, then it got sold. We were all earning minimum wage for 23/24+ (can't remember what age is the highest tier is) even though we had people who were 18 working there, we all got paid the same. When the shop changed hands we all kept our hourly income, some new staff was taken on, a black 18 year old girl was of one of them who was to be paid at minimum wage for an 18 year old. So we had two people doing the exact same job and different rates of pay. One was a white guy, the other a black girl, which made the situation twice as worse. Unfortunately, I never knew what happened. But because you are working at a different place all you can do is ask but I wouldn't expect much.

Nope, no one's invited me, and even if they do they aren't accepting anymore people anyway.

I'm pretty sure I have a picture of you naked. This is why google+ is good for facebook, they're going to have to actually work on this stuff that they should have been doing a long time otherwise it's going to end up like myspace.

Then use your left foot forwards. Like I said in my post which foot you have forwards when you ride isn't as simple as 'I'm right footed when I kick a ball'. It's actually just as common to find a rider who rides with his left foot forwards than finding one who rides with his right foot forwards. Most people will know which foot they ride with forwards without even knowing it. I don't ever remember even thinking about it, I just did it. There is absolutely no advantages or disadvantages with riding with either foot forwards so go with whatever feels comfortable.

What a geeky thing to try brag about.

I didn't actually know about this at all. But, really, google's coming out with this kind of thing, so facebook gets kicked up the arse because they have to compete. Which is fair enough, but why don't they produce this stuff earlier? Why do they have to wait for a competitor? This is why google+ is a good thing, it's already made facebook better.

Gear ratio and number of engagement point are two different things. Having 22t up front and a 16t freewheel gives you a gear ratio of 1.375. So if you have an 18t freewheel, to get that game gear ratio (to feel the same as before) you'd need a 24 or 25t cog up front. However, that seems a little too 'heavy' for stock gearing so you should probably try what you have out for now, and if you preferred the gearing like you had it before it wouldn't be too much effort changing the 22t cog for a 24t one.
