  1. Its pretty hard to get rid of flat spots, its alot easier to get a new rim, and I am not sure about tensioning spokes around it, I thought that only worked when its an up down buckle due to tension not a flatspot where rims screwed.
  2. Yes to new rear wheel, its a whole new bike. I know the noise from rear wheel its a ping where nipples bedding and twisting on spokes. This is deffinatley from cranks as I can feel it from there, should all be done up tight used a bloody 30" torque bar I shall take it all apart tomorrow, re-grease and put it together again I suppose.
  3. Right today, went riding, bikes fine for about hour or so. Tyres felt abit flat so went to pump them up. Come back, bike starts to make a funny clunk noise, not always a noise but can feel something when pedalling. So I checked cranks, no movement sideways, not lose etc, did them up to make sure, checked pedals, checked rear wheel, checked mech nothing seems lose. BB isnt wobbling either. So I get back on, its still happening, now I pedal softly, ie putting weight on bars and enough force to move wheel and no feeling/noise, I pedal normally feeling and noise are back. It generally seems to be when the left crank is returning to an upwars position ie 12 o clock. Anyone got any ideas its all new stuff 2 days old or so, echo bb, echo cranks, gu bash, surely cog, wellgo pedals with pro 2 hub.
  4. Seems to cock up around the belgian guy.
  5. Fair enough lol, nice lil tf argument No one gets hurt aye.
  6. What a creative and helpful post to this topic Joe.
  7. I am almost certain it will, ring them tomorrow and ask to be sure. Difference between the marta and marta sl as far as i was aware if the lever i believe.
  8. I bled my 05 with water as I said in my thread with a similar problem , dunk it in a bath of water, seems to be alot easier to get a good bleed than with a bleed kit.
  9. I would say get amped 3, yes it may be a launch title or whatever but its bloody good game. Also alot of people are raving about Viva Pinata, meant to be really good, I think im going to pick it up this week.
  10. Ha yea its sorted. If it lasts till the end of summer will be fine as its an 05 in all fairness, will give me an excuse to get a new one Mate has had his with water for about 4/5 months now, its lush as. Not sure how royal blood feels compared to water.
  11. Just Checking, not been on trials-forum much as bike broken so been fixing
  12. Must have heard wrong, mine is done with water now.
  13. Sorted it. Took it all apart, managed to bodge up a device to pump out crap from all pistons etc. Re-bled, still didnt work, so I went out to my shed, and I found a spare master slave cylinder, yellow so doesnt go with bike well but oh well. Bled this up and it works, the primary slave cylinder works as it should, fast and responsive, first to move, the secondardy slave moves as expected, abit lagged. I think I just had a dodgy slave cylinder.

  16. A little impossible to fit a magura with split hosing and ride Thus I ordered braided hosing which I fitted bled and it did not work, and I am riding with it as it is, not too bad just abit slippy .
  17. Think it might have to be new magura, then just fit the braided hosing, and new lever blade onto it , pain in the arse.
  18. Ive bled it 6 times as I said, its on the bike now, it works as I have one pad really close so kinda rubs but I can ride Cant do the link above as I have no bleed kit, I did this in the sink. Spose I shall buy a bleed kit and give that a go.
  19. No not quite. Before I had standard magura with black hosing etc and it did as you described, normally though its the primary piston that moves first then the slave. I class primary as the one with 2 hoses, ie connected to the lever and to the other piston. However this is the piston that is NOT moving at all and the slave piston as I refer to it is moving properly. If you follow me. If not I can go video it.
  20. Hey, Ive just bled my brake about 5/6 times, The piston that is connected to the lever does not move much, yet the piston connected to the other piston moves fine. I have grabbed the pistons both with pliers and they both move smoothly. Any idea how to fix this.
  21. Not insulting your inteligence if its a sound system then have you plugged it into the amplifier itself and put this onto the correct aux channel? Have you turned up the volume? Dodgy connections?
  22. Red stickers being ordered beginning of January remember its not finished yet.
