  1. my problem (apart from bad technique and being scared) is that when I land on a high tap, my weight is always way over the back and its really hard to keep it. On huge taps, how do you manage to get your front wheel down and ontop of the object? it just seems to bounce me off backwards (Y)
  2. 47 is huge, I can do about 43 every time, but latley I have been pushing myself and I have gotten a couple of 47s and one 50" but the 50" one was a one off, I need to practise them more.
  3. I had the old x lites. they had no tyre room (couldnt fit a michelin 2" tyre) and they (eventually) snapped. the new ones might be different though

    New Pedals

yeah, but the idea wasnt popular enought for them to justify making them. I still think it would be ace

    New Pedals

pedals sounds ace, price doesnt. why dont you ask him to make ti cages to fit current pedals, like vp and club roost? Arans steel cages on his vps have lasted years, and are still grippy.
  7. but I didnt even know this brittish cycling thing exsisted, so how can I search for it if I dont know about it. heres a quote "questions are easy if you know the answer"
  8. yeah, its lovely isnt it mr monkey, do you want to stroke it? actually, it was just my winter fluff, I think its time to shed my hair for summer

  12. believe me, its not my riding you should be worrying about, there are plenty of other riders who will kick my ass (Y)" anyway, its the taking part that counts.........right?

  14. expert I believe I think poussin is the easiest
  15. somthing happened, I fell 6ft on to my back across a kerb stone (Y)
  16. thanks for the info (Y)" I am entering
  17. yes, if you used the 20" front rim and had a bmx hub with the correct number of spokes
  18. if these events were wider advertised, then I am sure england would become more of an uci country, as it is we have no choice but to ride biu. I would have loved to have entered, the sections looked ace. But even if I did know about it I am still not sure if I would have entered due to the cost. But then again if I had prior notice of it, I could have saved. I aint getting at you aust, its more of a general rant
  19. I did it, only got one wrong turm (a mayjor one), the block hadnt got halfway there. edit, its still not there (Y)
  20. my fave pics (that I can get hold of, hence they are only of me) all taken by Ian Clarkson (my dad) apart from the bottom one which was by Chris Rathead (Y)"

  22. yeah, cheers for taking me aran, better late than never :) dont forget your 360 disasters. I fufanued the gersey barrier which I was pleased about and was getting x up 180s and tabletop 180s, hours of fun (Y)
  23. ewll done guys, good results, but I do have a little rant. I didnt know anything about this event untill a few days before it, I would have thought a big event like this would have been advertised more, I would have loved to have entered but seeing though I didnt even know it was on I couldnt. I would like someone to direct my to a page with details of these events and licence/entry forms. Maybe in the future, these things will be advertised more, then more brits can enter and have a better chance of getting the country some results. rant over: :(
  24. I dont want to be a stick in the mud, but I was there when dans forks snapped, the left leg fell off lol
