One thing you need to know about organising comps: its BLOODY hard work, for very little actual reward. I've built manmade ones and set out natural ones in the southwest, and came very close to making a career out of it, but for someone to have that much time all the year round to set up a full series is a lot to ask. Terry Graves has done a stirling job for the last 13 years of running the Hampshire Bike Trial comps in Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire, and the Tupman family had quite a successful series running for about 3 years on the rocks of Dartmoor, but both have suffered massive drops in attendence, hence the almost complete dissolution of the West of England Bike Trial Club, and the very much dwindling numbers at HBTC. Best thing to do is get in touch with Terry Graves (just google Hampshire Bike Trial Club or HBTC and you should find him) and get in touch to see how you can help out. Will hopefully be getting back into the comp scene properly next year, and hopefully a few more will aswell. Rich
