Multi bench thing, barbell, rowing leg presses etc. Few weights, dumbells and a few other bars. I only really ever use the benchpress and dumbells though. Can work pretty much everything with those.

About 2 minutes from town centre. Wanlip country park (near my parents) has a half pipe, corner ramp, box rails etc. Derby storm skatepark. Adrenalin Alley In northamptonshire. Very nice place, pretty spacious, nice flowy lines. Bottesford skatepark. Small outdoor park with a couple of ramps and boxes. It's learning support isn't it? Having some forms of dyslexia can affect peoples ability to pick things up like others would be able to just from listening/making notes. Recording the lecture then being able to re-listen i would imagine is an attempt to level the playing field somewhat between students with and without dyslexia.

I've got some right chunky 8mm allen bolts in mine that i've had since i bought the hub a year ago. Look really smart. Ebay, hardware store and online are the best/only places to get them.

Not cool and not wanted on here. Vid was okay though, you can tell the bike isn't suited to the spins as they look very forced/'un-flowy' but overall it was alright and the manuals very nice. I don't honestly care for the head shaking stuff though, okay you like to go to a field and do that or whatever but i don't think it was neccessary to put it in quite so many times, the first one would have been more than enough.

Yeah, that and guitar hero 5 for me. I loved number 3 and played it far too much to be healthy. The fact that numero 5 has a shitload of my favourite songs on sealed the deal instantly.
