All parts now with Japanese, German or SKF bearings. Already out... just need some time to get pictures!
  2. 1012, +75 (might be a typo..?), 362, 72
  3. Arriving in the UK in around a week
  4. I wouldn't say you need one from experience, but certain people like their brakes to be REALLY stiff, if so... Measure your frame spacing, should be ~100mm on that one, then just check what spacing the boosters are. For example, an Echo 4-Bolt is 87-100mm spacing (centre-to-centre of bolt holes).
  5. Haha, that's what I did... But it would have been a LOT easier to make a CD holder out of some posh wood and make it look nice, that's all that really matters at GCSE...
  6. The 100mm shell BBs for Vario frames are 148mm axle length. Clear freewheels easily with Tensile cranks, not tried others but pretty sure it'll go!
  7. You have to get a 100mm shell BB unfortunately.
  8. You have recieved a new feedback. Below are details concerning the new feedback. Type: Good Rating SummaryPaid straight away, no problems, thanks! Given By: Adam@TartyBikes You were the: Buyer Date: 1189673436
  9. The PMG pads have never been sold in the UK though. And you can tell the difference between them and CRMs quite easily
  10. Weird, in what way was it 'snapping'? Actually snapping or just the pin coming out of the link plate?
  11. CD is VERY different to Ceramic...
  12. The bolt pictured is M5, you need M6 x 25

  14. Ali C.... Grinding disc + hammer + superglue...
  15. Depends what task you need the bolt to fulfil..?
  16. That will take a bit off, yep. Only reasonable ways to thin out a tube that I can think of are sandpaper or caustic soda...?
  17. That hole will be fine, but it'll only save you about 5g. Paint = approx 50-60g. Head tube hole. Hole in the end of the top tube. Larger breathe holes between head tube and top/down tubes. Larger holes in dropouts. That will save about... 25g. If you want to make it light you'll need to make your tubes thinner...
  18. 30% thicker than normal, rears 50% thicker.
  19. :wink2: But yeah, should be your OWN insurance, in most cases...
  20. Not too bad... if you have insurance for 4 consecutive years and make no claims for those 4 years you have.... 4 years no claims
  21. Some companies (Direct Line spring to mind) also now offer NCD for named drivers
  22. Only if you are over the age of 25. It means you are covered 3rd party only, too. 3rd party means the cover is for the 3rd party (the other person) only - fully comp is both you and them. 3rd party Fire & Theft... well thats kinda obvious
  23. That will give the wrong thread pitch - 1.0mm instead of 0.8mm. A tap for an M5 helicoil kit is a non-standard size.
