  1. nice rig (i never understood why PlanetX curved the seattube like that? why not follow the curve of the rear tyre?)
  2. well - you DID say that it didn't matter what kind of bike, so here's mine:
  3. awwwww - did i say something you didn't like? get used to it, and grow up
  4. sorry, but that's really bad. the Stella sticker is quite cool, but to label one bike up as another is just...well..."bad" i mean, if i labelled a Base TA26 as an Echo Pure and posted it here, people would call me on it. it's a shame as that bike looks really nice, but why not just de-sticker it rather than re-label it something that it's not?
  5. i'm confused... topic header says Aorta 26"...and that's a Chargebikes frame? huh?
  6. DUDE - last time i saw a rim THAT battered was while watching "Anal Marauders 3"! nice rig though - why no likey the Base no more? if they're good enough for Ryan Leech... (nuff said)
  7. ...erm - you could always buy a Zoo Python??? it's not unobtainable! the red Peyto still wins for me - even more so if it had dedicated Mag mounts
  8. thanks a lot guys - and thanks Inur for that link! yeah - my bad - i think he said that he had Viz parts on his rig, not a Viz bike... (good to see i'm not the only one who thinks he's got an amazing style!)
  9. i downloaded a couple of vids (i'm sure they were from here) of a VERY talented street rider on a yellow Viz bike - guy with glasses and (i think) a white pisspot helmet. his style was so smooth it made me sick! well, my old harddrive died last week and i've lost ALL my vids, so i'm starting to re-build my collection, but i can't remember this guy's name. i know he had one vid that had "Jump" by The Pointer Sisters as the soundtrack and another one was a 'try-out' vid for Saracen MAD. i'm sure someone knows who he is and where i can get his vids - a top rider that i'd really like to watch again cheers

    Proto V2

old news besides...it's just plain fuggin' ugly, pink rims/internal HS33 mounts or not...
  11. rather than bitching about how pretty (or not) his site is, why not suggest that he WEARS A HELMET! it's common sense, you're not so good that you can ride without one and they're a good way to help save your life.
  12. nice rig there dude... should be getting mine soon *fingers crossed* - pics as soon as i do
  13. if they're good enough for Ryan Leech...they're good enough for a bike like that! don't be such a 'label queen' - there's nothing wrong with Truvativ Hussefelts
  14. 7/10 i'd like it a lot more if it had a disc on the front - but that's just my personal preference sweet ride thought about getting a slightly wider bottom bracket?
  15. JEEBUS - DROP THE SEAT makes me miss my old 2005 2.Six... and for all the saracen haters out there, one of my old riding buds wanted to trade his Echo Pure for my heavily modified 2.Six, he liked it so much
  16. i learnt my lesson last time! :$ i'm gonna keep my mouth shut now!
  17. re-read the first post! "Righto, well, my friend decided to leave his dmr dirt jumper at my house the other day...stil a proper laugh " he's just put his friends componants on his bike for a laugh - it's not a serious build
  18. fair enough - thanks for that (150% more usefull than "you just don't get it do you?")
  19. no, post #30 was fully visible and i commend Onza for doing the R&D to come up with those frames (the Mod and the 3rd frame are especially sweet), but why after all that are they selling what is essentially a GU copy? i openly respect any company that goes that extra mile to do something new and bring a different edge to the sport but apparently there's some 'point' that i'm missing...maybe it's that it was a financial decision to go with an already proven design (knowing that people had already ridden the GU Typhoon frame and respect the Onza brand)
  20. spoken like a true 10-year old - well done. now sit down and drink your milk while the grown-ups talk. my point was that if it's OK to rip off other people's frame designs then the market is going to stagnate with dozens of frames all looking the same. but if that's the point, then 'what's the point?' if all you want are anonymous frames then you're welcome to them...
  21. obviously not. seeing as you DO get it, care to explain?
  22. there's not enough time...that's why! whatever happened to innovation? whatever happened to 'taking a risk?' (okay - Koxx got it a bit wrong with the V2 Proto - but at least they TRIED something different!) i've already ragged on the Zona Zip and Zenith... excuse me for not going all "gaga" over what is NOT a new frame design!
