look for rot at the lower front windscreen edge and lower front area of the doors. Any knocking from engine when cold, blue/white smoke from exhaust, lumpy tickover any chassis rot. but really mate, for £200 i wouldn't expect alot to be honest. if it goes and stops and its not completely rotten, itll prob be fine. take some one with car knowledge if you can

My flat mates astra van (same as yours in standard trim) just died on way to work and its either the ECU unit or the fuel pump at fault, if its ECU its not too bad - £100 for new one but the fuel pumps are not serviceable and vauxhall want £1200 for a new one If you still have both of these bits id be happy to have em off you for a few quid.. i used to run roadie bar tape. its handy as you can make the grips as long or short as you like and its avaliable in different softness. a friend of mine still runs it and hes mental! also loads of wack ass colours and lasts aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages

make sure that a) your pads hit the rim at a parallel and are not 'toe'd in' and B ) that your brake pivot bolts are tight- any play in the brake will promote squuekyness through vibration and c) your not gay, brake noise is grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat

Get on! if you liking the dance music, you just need to find what particular genre really floats your boat to allow you to really grow to love it, theres an abundance of choices - funky house, electro, trance, breakbeat, prog house, HH, etc... My particular favourite is breakbeat/electro stuff. people such as Soulwax/2 many DJ's, Bugz in the attic, funk d'void, adam freelander, plump DJ's, krafty kuts. for something a little harder and more repettitive try a mix album from Sasha, jon digweed or danny tenaglia more jazzy/funky - MAW (masters at work), DJ gregory, Hed Kandi albums, defected in the house or a bit of everything is only gonna come from compilations - renaissance classics, ministry of sound sessions, etc etc..... welcome to heart and soul of music

Ah Mr.Towler. i know how you can go bigger, stop writing your name on peoples adamants and conserve your energy In all seriousness, it looks like your riding is quite lathargic (SP!) , if you were to tuck/load your weight and take the pedals back a bit more and really 'explode' into moves, im sure you can go a whole load higher/further etc as your technique does't look half bad at all.
