Tf Computer Nerds (Gamers, Overclockers, Server-Ists Etc)

Question, any help appreciated: I need to log in to a router config page to set up port forwarding. User/pass are set to defaults, user being "admin" and password being the serial number of the router. Sadly, the sticker displaying the router SN has been ripped off. Is there any way I can find the serial number? I'm sure that if I could log in then it'd be displayed on the config page, but to get there I need it to log in of course! I'm connected to the network. Router is a Technicolor TG582n if it makes any difference. -
It's an independent hotel rather than a chain and isn't massive but being in Carmarthen 90% of its clientele are pensioners on day trips, so I suspect the standard of driving isn't the best. Sadly they have no CCTV and no way to track anyone down, other than a list of ~200 vehicles that I could potentially work through one-by-one, which really isn't worth it. Ah well, back to parking as far away as possible again!

So I'm currently working in Wales for a couple of months and the office I'm based in don't have their own dedicated parking, however the hotel next door are happy for us to use theirs. First week I was here, someone clipped my rear bumper and took off a fair bit of paint. Nothing structural, but looks a bit shit however given my rear bumper was already a little worse for wear I decided against doing anything about it, I'll throw some paint at it down the line. Since that happened, I've been parking in the furthest corner of the car park away from anyone else to avoid a repeat performance. Got to work this morning, it was torrential rain. Parked a little closer so as not to drown on my way in, and came back to the car this afternoon to find someone had taken a load of paint off my front bumper. Assholes. Will be going in to the hotel tomorrow to see if they have any CCTV, though from a quick look I couldn't see anything more than a Parking Eye type setup so not holding my breath for much success...

A guy I went to school with used to ride unicycle trials. When he moved to Bristol for university, he used a unicycle as his predominant mode of transport. Casual.

It's good to see that FSA PowerPros are still going strong. -
Form over function at its finest.

It's an MX5, a perfect base for a car that handles like it's on rails. Go down that route!

Looks plenty low enough from here

Nice trailer, when's the full hour-long video out? I could honestly watch that all day long. Proper cool throwback vibe, makes me miss riding/Bristol/summer for sure!

At a guess he plugs it in, inserts a disc and grabs some popcorn. All I've ever had to do. -

Tesco had some proper cheap'n'nasty 4k units for under £300 earlier in the year. Whilst they're not going to be amazing quality panels etc, they were able to kick out an image far exceeding 1080p quality and when rigged up to a laptop (again, nothing special here) the resolution was convincing enough. Had Netflix/YouTube/etc as pre-installed apps too. Almost bought one at the time but put it off, sort of wish I had now in hindsight but I digress. It's 100% possible to view 4k sources without anything particularly high-end. -
They are indeed - other than some fuel rail spacers (thick washer, effectively) they slot straight in on a 1.8t. Plenty of headroom to keep things safe too which is nice. Could you have used something a tad smaller at higher duty cycles to get the figures you're after without the potential idle niggles, or are the 630s generally the way to go with conversions like yours?
-
I remember you saying they were Seimens Deka but forget what size injectors you were planning on running, Dan? I've got some 630cc @ 3bar ready to go into mine at some point and have read mixed reviews (largely due to being slightly less accurate at idle speeds) so looking forward to checking them out for myself. May have to sling them your way for a clean

I think he's looking into tweaking the mounts to try and sit it all 15mm across, which'll give nice even movement all around. Easier said than done though, so not being familiar with the mounts he's using I don't know how viable/straightforward that is/isn't.
-
One side has 30mm play, the other is wedged in there tight and binding, causing the vibration. From the commentary on CS it seems that the ideal amount of play with the hub nut off is around 15mm a side, so if Dan can move things across to the offside 15mm (or at least a little) then it should all come out in the wash

I'll let Dan explain. Nothing that can't be put right
-
I don't think we're talking about it.
-
Watch the video muted, listening to a soundtrack of your choice whilst spinning the cranks on your Inspired at appropriate intervals? Yeah ok, I get your point...!
-
Mute it and play whatever you like to find out

This all over. I had to go back and rewatch to realise what you'd actually done there, which was cool. Also gave me a push to go back and rewatch the whole thing a second time too, sweet stuff dude

Ah of course, forgot you switched the turbo. With that and a host of decent supporting mods it'd be nice to see upwards of 280 as a starting point. Given that the car can't weigh much more than 1000kg you'll be pushing towards 300bhp/ton which is a nice spot to be!
-
Looking good Dan, really looking forward to seeing how you get on! Presumably if the engine/blower are stock 225 items then (assuming they're both in reasonable shape) you should see at least that from it. What sort of figures are the Megane boys getting with a low level/St1-type tune?
