Well, what you do is you take your £300 and go to your local car audio shop/Halfords. You ask the nice man behind the counter if he can help you. You say " I have this big wedge of cash, and want a Cd headunit, that can play MP3, and be connected to my Zen" He says "Ok sir, we have these" You look at them, say ummmmmmmm. Yo, I done My City and Guilds 3830 Motor vehcile repair and service Levels 1 and 2 about 3 years ago. Its a good cource, and I leart alot. Now Im in the final Year of My ford Masters Level 1, and its set me up for a pretty good career. What sort of work in the motor trade are you looking at doing? Gerneral Mechanics, motor sport, recovery ect? There are plenty of cources available. I would recamend an Aprentership with a Main dealer if you can. You will get paid (poorly at 1st though) and you will be sent on good cources, which are paid for by the company. I would highly recamend you go out and buy "Fundamentals of motor vehicle technology" by V.A.W Hillier. Its a very good book to learn from, and alot of colleges insist you have it.

Trialer for Appleseed Its about Humans, and Bioroids (man made humans, who have limited emotions, and cant procreate) living together. But some Humans hate the Bioroids, and try and kill them all. In the end, the 7 elders try and eliminate the human race, because they think it will save the planet. They try and use a speacal drug that will stop all humans procreating, at the same time initiatng Appleseed, which will let the Bioroids procreate. They find Deunan Knute, a specail Woman, who was the daughter of the creator of the bioroids, and ty and use her to kill the human race, but she find out, and stops the death of the humans.

Just finished watching Appleseed. A truley amazing film, well worth watching. I dont know when it comes out in the cinemas over here, but if you can, go and see it.

Just make sur it is fully thawed and warmed up before you try and use it. If it is slightly frozen, but moves, the seals could be damaged, as they could still be a little frozen, so when you move the brakes, the seals wont flex as they should, but they will crack. I cant see it making any serious damage, as long as there was a release for the pressure, ie the pads can move without obstruction. As for the GT85/WD40 trick. I wouldnt bother. I tryed this when my pistions were getting slow, and the GT85 ate the seals. Just re-bleed, remove the brakes and the pads. Carefully pull the lever until the piston is right out, then clean it, and pump a few times to get everything moving.....
