  3. yeah i would like to see how many of the sponsored lads have snapped. cls and tunnicliffe haha i think everyone has snapped a saracen mad 2004 model.
  4. i am only asking this after snapping my second frame. it was my 2006 saracen team urban. i have only used it for 5 months aswell after receiving it on warranty after snapping my last MAD!! which frame have you snapped? anyone out there snapped a pitbull? cheers Dave
  5. hey, welcome etc etc. is that your bike in your pic? lmao joking
  6. HEY Ogre, why do you say never use tar on the rear. its amazing stuff. as long as you dont cover your rim in tar its fine to use on the rear. i usually put a line of tar on the rim every other spoke. its just so that you can pedal kick without the tar holding onto your pads and even throwing you over the bars. i have also found that tar makes barely any difference when put on a rim with a grind.
  7. heatsink blues every time. i just got mine and use them with a light grind. good noise and bite. steve at heatsink is also very helpful and will sort you out
  8. lmao. i was waiting for something like that. from the one and only JT!! haha. and thats a fact. lmao. bike jousting would be good.
  9. i had the same problem when i bought my 6spd echo hub and my wide kmc chain. mine was fine when i pedal kicked or did short(half) pedal strokes but as soon as i pedalled fully it skipped. i firstly spaced out my cassette i then spaced out my mech with some small washers. ( i got the mech off selectbikes) and it was still skipping. so i bought a surly sprocket off tartybikes and its solved it. make sure your chain is really tight aswell took me about a month to solve it but thats how. hope that helps Dave

the only reason he is smooth is because he does nothing 'big' really.

  19. ok i am currently riding a 2006 saracen mad team urban. i really like it but i fancy something different ( preferably a frame without saracen written down the side. lol) i like longer frames because i feel all crouched up on a short frame. i want to be able to bunnyhop confidently up walls. i dont want it too feel like my weight is all on my arms when i am riding along on the flat. any suggestions. i may sound hard to please here but im sure a certain frame will cater these factors i am looking for. cheers Dave
