like he said, i cleaned the ring drive on mine aprox 3 times in 7 years and it never skipped . (cleaning the ring drive isnt realy a full service)

very quick thoughts cheap yamaha 5.1 surround amp. dvd player with upscaling and hdmi output and spdif out. hdmi splitter specific splitter cable for your x box wich allows spdif to your above yam amp.

30 mins to work. 8 miles. As little as 22 minutes back home , depending what the state of the moon, my heart, my legs are. By road bike. ps I do cheat and drive sometimes! but in winter in takes just as long to defrost the car.

Tru ! I could have. But my mind, in that split second, over ruled. ( one of the one million factors that ruined my day). Im not as good or as competent as you Ali , so maybe that was my downfall. It can happen to anyone at any time. x

Can i just point out. There are millions of different circumstances that could be put forward in an argument about this subject. I don't think there is one particular answer. First injury I had was street riding, and it was just shit luck. Second injury I had was in comp, and it was trying to atempt something that I wasnt happy about doing in a tense situation. ( almost being forced to in a respect ) Wont ever do a comp again.
