  1. Cheers for the advice guys. The LG HG2's look like they are 20A, some sites are saying they are 20/30A and I don't really understand why. Found some here but how do you know these are genuine or not? Batteries seem to be a minefield.
  2. went sigelei and bellus in the end. Looking at torchy batteries
  3. Fair enough. Loads of these look like bastards to get hold on in the UK.
  4. Well the Egrip will still get used. This is probably going to be more conventional usage where stealth vaping isn't a necessity. Opinions? Sigelei 100W Plus Variable Box Mod Cloupor T8 150W Dual 18650 Box Mod Both look pretty decent. Anything similar I am missing?
  5. Yeah I read that. But I will probably run it as twin coil for a while to see how good it is. Ill have a look back now then. Could you link me to some decent examples please. What kind of Wattage range am I looking at? My egrip only goes up to 30, with about 1.1-3 ohm but has been fine. No idea what to look for to be honest. What kind of money should I look to spend if I plan to use this as an everyday device?
  6. Right, So I really like the Bellus tank. Buying it now. Found it in stock from evolutionvaping. Need a regulated battery set up. Help please.
  7. Cheers! The Bellus system looks immense! I really like the design of how it all goes together. How long is the lead time? Never looked at a twin coil set up, I assume it will rise batteries twice as fast as they are in parallel? Anyone tried this? Also battery tanks. How bloody expensive are these! WTF. Not sure I can justify the cost on them. Does the battery box really matter? Or is it just the quality of the batteries? These are the batteries I currently have Torchy 18500 so it looks like I will need another size anyway as most box mods seem to take 18650 Cheers, Ash
  8. Hi JT! I am currently using this It does not disassemble, therefore no battery choice. I've got some decent batteries and a charger though from when I was using a different mod.
  9. I use 15% for all flavours I make, been doing it a fair while now and that suits my device just fine. Started with 20%, seemed overkill, went to 10%, not enough. Settled on 15%. I suppose PG/VG ratio comes into it somewhat, but with the flavourings often coming in 100% PG liquid, I would assume a higher PG ratio will give a stronger flavour. We shall see, I may move it back to 12% if 60/40 proves to be too intense. I use the chefsvapour products mostly, but have tried other stuff in the past. If I were to make something elaborate again, I would start 50/50 15% overall and 10ml. But because I now mix in bulk flavour and decant into 30ml at a time, I can make any mix I want. Using the same ratios and overall flavourings means I just have to control the amount I put into the 30ml dropper bottle. I am after some advice for a decent box mod battery pack. I am starting to get irritated that my device does not last a full day vaping. However, I still want something that fits reasonably into a pocket. Any recommendations? With that in mind, I will probably also be getting a new atomiser too, But am a bit out of touch, everything has moved on so much since I first started looking. Cheers, Ash
  10. Something like this. Generally go 50:50, but went 60:40 as I wanted more throat hit.
  11. How much are you paying through Greenlight Luke? I need to sort mine out now.
  12. interesting flavour I imagine
  13. Been busy tonight. Made 500ml of eliquid. Strawberry, Cheesecake, Butterscotch, Rainbow Sherbet and Vanilla Cupcake. Can't wait for these bad boys to steep. 100ml each should take about 2 week I reckon with the lids off and a shake a day. Speaking of rewicking techniques, this is how I do it when its been 2 weeks odd: Old Coil Pack out Filthy horrible shite: Cylinder off Cut ends of old wick and pull out: Fit into adapter and old mechanical Mod: Spark it up: Dip into water stream whilst ignited and watch the shit come off to how a coil should look: Pull off some cotton wool: Roll an end and feed it through: Cylinder back on: Cut to final length: Split either end in to two (4 Feed Holes): Use a scalpel to poke each end to cover each of the 4 feed holes, should look like this at the end: Notice that the feed hole on the cylinder is now white: Drip eliquid onto wick and ignite a few times: Cap on: Remove from Old mod and adapter: It now ready to be installed and used. I have 2 of these coil packs so just keep one ready to install (Minus fluid) and replace as and when. I then have 2 weeks to complete this process for the spare. Covering the holes ensures no leaks. Be sure to clean each component on a regular basis. I tend to use an ultrasonic cleaner, but can be done with alcohol on a wipe. Can also keep a coil going for a surprisingly long time if you look after it. I am happy with how the eGrip is performing, using the coil packs makes a MASSIVE difference to the performance of the unit. It just takes some getting used to as everything is tiny and fiddly. Cheers, Ash
  14. If you do this, please, please, please use decent bar ends. Can all end in tears otherwise
  15. Is that even a nova anymore?
  16. I am looking at this, likely to be for a similar reason. Catch can?
  17. They look horrible IMO, but I bet they shift.
  18. Was on foot? That would be weird? I don't need his number? Pick the answer you like the most. All are true.
  19. I saw an old guy driving a black ferrari earlier. Looked sweet. WANT
  20. My missus nd I did the same thing, ended up with an 06 swift (£1800), been a cracking car so far. And has saved me in terms of commuting due to the leon issues...
  21. Turbo is dead because of the spark plug. Apparently 1 plug is all it takes! This was the most expensive track day!
