  1. Good stuff! Little tip: When you gap to front, instead of thrusting at the stem, try to lean forward over the bars like you're trying to kiss your front wheel. I find that technique much easier! Kicks the back wheel up more making the swap easier.
  2. Behave! Standard MK rides start at the Bus/Train station (Buszy) Then you ride all the spots on the way up the hill to the Theatre District, then make your way back down again. For new people it's easy to get lost as everywhere looks the same!
  3. Bike's pimp! But doesn't ride as nice as mine.
  4. Yeah there's a fair few of us about! We'll show you where all the riding spots are.
  5. These discs are better. Seriously though, I've heard of people using those types of disc before and they sound pretty good! I used to use pretty thin metal cutting discs with my Magura, and they did the job well too.
  6. I somehow destroyed the bearings in my Chris King headset. It was pretty old and battered when I got it though, so I wasn't that suprised. Still have it too! Might replace the bearings one day and re use it!
  7. Oh yeah, done that before. Had a sore throat for 3 days afterwards though!
  8. Wore it out, then cut the rest off with a knife! It's suprisingly grippy, and really bouncy. It'd feel weird when I put a new tyre back on it... This one's going through to the cords in places now!
  9. Too narrow! Trialtech high rise are much better!
  10. Dunlop tennis racket tape from Sports Direct.
  11. Posted this up a while ago, thought I'd put some new(ish) pictures up! Apologies for the slightly blurry pictures, my lens is knackered. It's changed a little bit since these were taken. Currently have some old Echo forks on it, as I snapped the steerer tube on the Monty forks!
  12. Sounds like it was 'sold as seen' so it's not exactly your fault he bought it with the chance of it being dodgey. I can understand that he's spent a fair wedge, but if he did it in the knowledge that it was a bit of a risky buy, I can't see why you should pay out for it. Contact Gumtree about it and see what they're saying about it?
  13. I just use the rule that if I squeeze them and they don't flex, they're tight enough!
  14. Definitely wasn't me!
  15. How much could I get for 4 10" Wellers with decent Falken tyres? Also have another 10" Weller as a spare, maybe even 2 of them! Not sure. 2 of the ones with tyres and 10x6, other 2 and 10x5, Staggered fitment yo! Also have 4 12" Wellers, what are they worth? I like Wellers...
  16. Always like your videos Joe, you beast!
  17. It is a Koxx, so don't get your hopes up!
  18. Pretty much all rear mod tyres say 20X2.5 on them, when they're actually for a 19" rim. This is because the sidewalls are much bigger than a standard tyre, so the overall diameter equals to 20" when fitted on a 19" rim. Is your current tyre quite old? Maybe the bead is pretty weak, and can't hold it on the rim so well. Wouldn't hurt to try a new tyre I guess.

    Mind Games...

They always look easier/not scarey when you don't have a bike with you.

    Big Sidehop

Nice. That height is about my limit for sidehops! Anywhere over bar height and I struggle.
  21. Want my PayPal address? I'll put it to good use... I promise.
  22. Sounds good to me too? Can't expect her to be froffing at the gash straight away, can you?
  23. Best episode of the series! I was expecting some typical Top Gear mis-hap with that Ferrari, like them bumping it into a tree or something! Was suprised to see Chris Evans letting them drive it in that weather! I really want to go rallycross racing now continued here: http://www.trials-fo...op-gear-201213/
