Shoes if your road running are important, you don't need to spend much £30-£70 for a decent pair probably.

If your doing road running you will need to spend good money on properly fitted running shoes, best to go to a specialist sports shop. On a treadmill its not SO important, but still you will need some good trainers. As for what you want to wear its up to you! Sometimes I wear trackies and a hoodie, other times ill wear shorts and a vest, depends what you want to do.

Why Has My Rb Lever Cracked On The Lever Blade?

My RB snapped just as I was preloading to sidehop over a rail! Haha made it over still and somehow the lever ended up about 20 foot away! The old style RB's are like 10 years old. Its not gonna last forever. -
SHOTGUN - can I be like a marshal and get in for free or anything, cos I don't have a bike - just coming for the crack really lol its too close to my house.

Well the scale say I lost 4lb this week but the scales are highly debatable! haha Asda value scales are not the one. Having my 1 week diet cravings 8 Tuborg's down so far ahhhhhhhhhh oh well its been a hard week! Haha

I've got a Dell Latitude D430 about a yeat ago off ebay, for £120 with 2X 1GB of ram. Its slightly bigger than a netbook but imo thats a good thing! I haven't even bothered plugging my desktop in this semester, run windows 7 on it, doing my dissertation on it, running the whole microsoft office package its fricking ace. Only brought it as a facebook - youtube tool buts its useable for so much more!

Hitting the post is an out-and out miss.... doesn't matter if you hit the post or put it out the stadium. If you work the keeper and he saves it, then fair play on the keeper, but if you miss then SHAME ON YOU. Even Gerrards, shit penalty, perfect height for a keeper to save but still - he hit it hard and the keeper worked hard to get it on the bar so fair doo's he could have done better but he got the target. For me I do a slow run up because the keeper has to pick a side before you hit the ball to stand a chance of saving it. Fake left keeper expect right footed people to shoot across their bodies. Aim 2 foot inside the post - always give yourself some leeway. Side-foot it as hard as you can make sure you keep it glued to the floor. If any keeper picks the right side and can get that low without giving his hand away on my run-up then fair play he deserves to save it. But don't miss, even if you hit it at 80% instead of 100 DON'T MISS.

Either team deserved to win, out of 10 pens, 4 of them were out-and-out misses.... in all my life of penalty taking I have never missed the target and its not my job to play football. My mind literally boggles.

Great day today! Won our match 3-2 after going 3-0 up, I scored my 2nd pen this season, was a stunner haha and leave me 2nd top scorer, TOUCH haha Arsenal.... nuff said Cardiff had a good outing. Happy

Yea Kev your body shape looks fairly similar to mine just because your a lot bigger you look like a beast in real life! Right I know my diets not ideal but over the last 2 days Ive had. Weatabix and a banna brunch Veggie spag bol (all natural ingredients) and limited brown pasta. And today I had An apple and orange a 3 egg white and skimmed milk omlette with a peice of brown bread and homemade meatballs with a tomato sauce and limited pasta Sound along the right lines for a calorie deficit diet?

Well mate it only took a Google, your daily food intake allowance is like 2,500 so if a lb of fat was 35,000 calories then that would mean if you didn't eat for 2 weeks, you would lose a lb. to be honest I didn't even know you could measure a lb of fat in calories but I could spot that bull a mile off just with a lil bit of brain power.

A lb of fat is only 3,500 calories, and my jog today was like what 800 calories? So if I do that 3 times a week that's almost a lb lost regardless of diet.

Yea I can't really do sprints because I'm doing it on a treadmill. Would do some road running but partially ruptured my Achilles tendon like 4 months ago so use the treadmill because its nicer on shock for your legs.

Ok this is the most non homo pic, just unhappy with my tummy area, makes me really self concious especially when I'm sitting down, always get a cushion or something to cover the bulge lol
