  1. Dont wear plimsolls and you can already sidehop a pallet higher than your stack, so man up and sick another on top.
  2. 5/10 Good Got a solid missis who is a babe, don't want anything other than her Been pretty healthy Bad Missis rapes my money (not her own fault) Maxed out overdraft Course is still shit lost contact with mates I thought were close. Allow On the plus side start work after uni and will have money for the first time ever hopefully
  3. On the uni rant note, I think that if you gave me an A-level mathematics paper right now I would flat out fail. And I'm a 3rd year now doing all the advanced modules. Its just the whole uni system is pretty badly set out and organised if you ask me. I would just want the next winning £100+ million lottery ticket. Think big.
  4. Its a hunk of metal to stop your frame flexing, no "design". any of Tarty will be fine.
  5. I wouldnt bother spending good money on a booster you can really afford to skimp if your not bothered about weight or looks, at the end of the day a boosters a booster
  6. The way I skin up is like a small religious ceremony, but other than that naaaaaaaaaaaaa
  7. RB's are sensitive at the best of times, through in water freezing in the lines - expanding and pushing on the seals probably is a recipe for disaster, normally if your brake freezes the "easiest" thing for the brake to do is to push your callipers our as it will offer the least resistance, if the pistons are set up too close or whatever then it can split your hose or f**k your seals.
  8. splined is heavier and if you use the wrong sprockets they can dig in and slightly damage your splines. screw ons are lighter but you'll never get the f**kers off.
  9. 20" is going to be his best bet. People saying 24" I can see where your coming from but all 24's even 2nd hand will cost about 400 and will swamp a small guy (in terms of build not height) even if hes looking at getting into street trials the best way of doing it is to have a pure trials bike and a BMX then once you have the firm basics covered on both you can get a 24 and merge your styles. Getting the hang of hopping and jumping on a trials will be a hell of a lot easier on a 20" (mod) and his progression will probably be quicker. Look at old 04 T-pros if you can find one should be about 150 with dual maguras and stuff ill have a look.
  10. Its all about routine....... simple. When I work in London I go to bed at 1pm and wake up at 8 everyday even weekends you find it natural after a while of peeling yourself out of bed. At uni I go to bed at 4-6 and get up whenever I need to... but its not an issue for me. If its such a big issue for you that your going to the doctors then just get into a routine, dont have lie in's and force yourself to get into a routine.
  11. At the place where I had my frame done they filled my bolt holes with some sort of filler, which prevented any thread damage. The paint came off around the magura mounts but only where there was contact with the frame so it wasn't noticeable. btw that bike wasn't a Danny Mac wannabe he copied me!
  12. Powder coating is donn, got my frame done at Essex Powder Coating this propper little shady opp run out of a container, but 40 quid including the strip and paint, never chipped and i gave that frame hell.
  13. What are you planning on using it for? TV / monitor or purely a TV?
  14. Say in some f**ked up world this happpened, do you think that they ever could talk it out though? Or would the east west divide be too great
  15. Enjoy it, sure there are some bangers on there lol
  16. Natwest is incredibly reasonable.... they have "given me" about 2 grand which I have 3 years to pay off after uni interest free. Its just about being clever with your money. There's no way Natwest are going to make any money lending me that 2 grand, consider if i borrowed it anywhere else the lowest fee I would get would be like 7% but I get that money for about 6 years interest free...
  17. You must pay at least 750 into the account every 4 months, that's their terms, so pay the money into the account and then take it out... nothing in the T&C stipulates that the money must stay in your account for any period of time.
  18. I like that haha Living people definatly Steven Fry and Boris Johnson
  19. Just go into the branch and be nice but firm, its not the person behind the counters fault that you got charged, but if you can persuade them that the bank is being irrational then they do have the power to remove them. So if the 1st bitch won't do anything go into another branch and try again. I got 60quid back of nationwide last year when i went 90p overdrawn for 2 days or something rediculas.
  20. Well thats not exactly Hopes fault.... Either brakes will be aright for you. The Hope is more sensitive to change though, the BB7 you can whack on set up badly and go out and ride. With a Hope I would be more concerned about facing my disk mounts, re bleeding, changing the pads etc. before putting it on my bike. Needless to say I always went for the fail safe power of a BB7 203mm.
  21. Push with your leg and pump the bars to get enough whip.
