    Freewheels

advantage on the back is that theres less force applied directly onto it advantage on the front is that it will spin much more freely The cost will be the same because the screw on cog/freewheel will both be needed, just screwed on in different places
  2. Wow all that and only 2 full stops I think you're right though, you may as well buy a CK first hand otherwise you never know what you're gonna get (phew 2 lines )
  3. Try for sale + wanted too but If you're the sort of person who is likely to complain about something and send it back, supercycles is the cheapest as far as I know
  4. BB7's are perfect so long as they are set up properly. I have tried up to front up's with my weight really far back and my brake has still held (obviously I didn't stay airbourne for long) I can't see the point really in another £40 for a hydraulic system, when the cable one works just as well? I mean, a hydraulic system, all it takes is one thing to go wrong (by you or naturally) and the whole system needs looking at ....

  9. I like videos that I can watch over and over again. Thats to say, something which isn't too long that I'd get bored of, or too short that I wouldn't see the point in watching have to agree with you on the cameramen point Andy

    Bb Snappige

where? unlucky about the BB. What BB was it?
  11. OK Ive just lost the thread in (another) one of my magura mounts, so I started to helicoil it. Ive done this before before you think, and it worked perfectly. I drilled, I tapped, and then I had/have problems. Ive put the spring on the end of the tool and its gone over the little spring loaded bump which is supposed to force it to screw in. The only problem is, that when I go to screw it in, the insert doesn't turn, and the tool screws itself into the insert (which has stayed OUT of the hole) So any ideas anyone? Currently not impressed.... Its the same tools + sizes as I used for the time before so I KNOW its the corrected sizes....
  12. Hmm thats not technically true, because a chris king _pwns (as you use) the eno's experiance, but for the money + effort, FFW + eno is probably the best
  13. Proven by who and what laboratory. I think You'll find that the vast majority of riders use nothing but water and maybe anti-freeze. Much snappier feel + response.... I've also read on here a guy who had his brake bled (lovingly, by his mates) with urine
  14. Bruce Lee one doesn't work for me but the wrestling one is funny !
  15. Yo welcome to the second best forum in the world (second to the forum who the next person prefers )
  16. Ahh to bump this lovely thread: To the pessimist, the glass is half empty, to the optimist its half full. To the engineer, its twice as big as it needs to be Gareth gates walks into a newsagents to buy a mars bar. He comes out with 8,000 packets of M&M's George Bush and Al gore are walking in a park when they see a very fit woman with her head stuck in some rails. Looking around, Bush quickly takes of his trousers and shags her. After he's finished he says to Al 'Go on Al, your turn. To which Al replies 'I don't think my head will fit in those railings' Your turn
  17. Good thinking that man promote him!
  18. Well I can't see why not either.... Just get it, and if it doesn't fit for some strange reason, send it back
  19. I believe that if you want your current M6 thread to become an M5 thread, youd sort of need a double thick helicoil 'spring' Normally when you helicoil, you drill to a larger size, then helicoiling reduces it. If you try using the M5 helicoil drill bit, I thinking that it would be too small and not do anything Why you ask anyway?
  20. Ive not listened to any other albums except that lol
  21. ......... What hub or rim is it might help. EDIT: 51.5 is the norm for most mod riders.....
  22. I would say the newer tensiles. The only problem with the old version (vicious ankle biting) has been refined in the newer version Can't comment on the Koxx though...
  23. Yeah poopie is right, a longer BB seems the only option
