  1. Just tell your mate he's a girl, no need for front sus if your just dirt jumping really, 20" bmxs manage fine without it.
  2. Is that not irrelevant though as we're talking about diameter not width. I doubt width would make much difference (also you can get 26" tyres in 2.5")
  3. I think it says you can also use v-brakes. Also on the picture the rim has flat sidewalls so it should be ok for rim brakes.
  4. On movie maker I think you set the rate of compression when you actually save the movie. I doubt it would work for your phone though as most phones only play mpeg4/mp4 videos and I don't think that's an option on movie maker.
  5. They're all just photos, I doubt you could ever get that kind of quality if you took them out of a clip.
  6. Sam ward: Yes Radical rider: In a free mbuk video from a while back Steve Geall was using a mongoose 24" BMX with front suspension (psylos I think) so it should work well. It'd be just like putting it on a 24" mtb like the dmr rhythm really. Although there could be geometry issues as I think he had his modified. The new marzocchi 24" sus' forks might be ok if there are issues with geometry. Sorry if this random ramble was no help at all edit: they were what I was talking about: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=5793 - no idea if they'd be ok though.
  7. Haha, 91% are ranked higher than mine. Never mind, just ordered my new one, woooooo
  8. I recommend you get just shin pads as shin/knee pads might restrict your movement. Protecting your shins is most important aswell (imo anyway).

    .~

I beams are stiff but they don't have much weld area on the end so surely that would make it easier to snap the headtube clean off the frame??
  10. Few good pics there, I especially like the first
  11. I've not tried many grips but dmr zip grips are reet comfy, I love mine
  12. I recommend you listen to iolo, he's a feckin beast at wheelswaps
  13. No idea what it rides like but it looks lovely in the flesh. It's a kinda titanium colour but the colour changes to be darker and lighter from different angles.
  14. Buy the cog that you want and then stick a load of cassette spacers on. It's loads cheaper and gives you a lot more adjustment for better chainline.
  15. It allegedly makes it harder to tap. I wouldn't know though as I've never ridden a high bb bike and I can't tap anyway
  16. I've heard that some people have needed to use spacers on the drive side on t-rexs so that could be something to look into. I could be talking out of my ass or it could be a valid point. Discuss.
  17. Had a Base TA20 for a bit under a year. Hardly ever went on it though and when I did all I did was bunnyhop. Then I got an Echo Control and I've hardly put it down.
  18. Got a B and a C in my A2 modules. Pretty pleased actually because I thought I'd done really crap
  19. Looks almost level to me
  20. The frame is stiff enough but the bolts still tend to flex towards the top if you know what I mean. Go for the control booster, reet stiff
  21. Is the echo team not a mod, you seem to want stocks..... Also are you riding a new ashton or one of the old ones?
