  1. New series starts on the 29th apparently.
  2. No airblast kill no care, what the hell was that heavy doing lol. Was that the replay thing btw?
  3. They have said it will always be under 80ms but independent measurements on pretty beefy connections vary from 60 to 250.
  4. Bastion OST. Such a great game aswell.
  5. Did the same thing myself a while ago on a 11-28 cassette, found that removing the 12, 13 and 16t sprockets worked a charm. It ended up as 11-14-18-21-24-28.

    Slow Motion

Twixtor does the same thing. Like revolver said though you'd be better off filming with a higher frame rate as motion estimation stuff isn't amazing and will get worse with the more new frames added.
  7. Don't go 29" unless you can try it at a local trail first, they are quite different in the way they ride and will suit certain terrain more than others. Not a big fan myself. Certainly find that 650b feels the best out of the whole 29er, 96er, 69er and 650 larger wheel stuff. Would rather stick with 26" for all round riding really but they are pretty good for full on xc.
  8. I'd imagine it's largely down to the fact that Tarty don't sell DT stuff.
  9. It's awesome, still needs some fine tuning at higher player numbers though. Get really bad rubber banding on 64 player servers.
  10. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQXYxJLzm_g
  11. Loving the Tzar, how are you finding the toros?
  12. If you are on 280.26 it could well be that. So many timeout issues reported with that. Try updating to 285.62.
  13. With the whole modular approach it would be a good opportunity to introduce some of the applicable open source standards from MTB to trials.
  14. Yeah still riding but building a new bike atm. Yeah it's still a working quarry so is a bit dodgy going in but there's some big rocks in there too. The one yard nearer the quarry with the massive stacks has some ridable bits right at the back, well it did a while back, don't know if they're still there mind.
  15. Ace video Chris. Too true, it's just down the road from me and still only been a few times as most of the rocks there are way too big for me. There's more in the quarry aswell if you want to chance it.
  16. Any idea if the forks will ever be for sale individually?
  17. As far as I can tell essentially it's a smaller piston moving the larger piston to the rotor which then engages for more stopping power. That means you can have the power from a large piston but no issues with brakes rubbing all the time like you would if it were a brake with just a large piston, or the other way round if it's in the lever. Sounds like it would feel a bit mushy and weird.
  18. Both those videos were awesome. 00:28 in the Barcelona video is just so damn smooth
  19. Looks awesome man loving the colour. Shame it's only if you buy the frame, the full builds would look so much nicer with less bland colour schemes.
  20. Saw the BrakeForceOne thing the other day on singletrack and went looking for a price, the cheapest I found it for is about 340 quid. That was from here. If they are as good as they're claimed to be may have to invest.
  21. Apparently the power is comparable to stuff like XT, louise or quads so doesn't seem great.
  22. It's from a disc brake buyers guide that was in What Mountain Bike 106(10/2/2010). Can see the raw numbers for 2011/12 models here, an interactive graph would be more helpful mind. If you go through the individual reviews (eg. xt) on the site you can figure out what is going on with the clusterf**k of midrange stuff overlapping.
