  1. Kings are NOT overated at all- they are fantastic hubs, but it has been shown through a lot of use by a lot of riders, that they may not be the best hub for trials! I wont say anymore- see the hope proII thread for the HUGE king v. hope debate, with profile thrown in for fun!
  2. most people either deal with local bike shops, who wont do mail order (so theres not a lot of point posting here) or a selection of well known online shops, which a search will bring up many. My favorite is CRC, although they are not trials specific. What kind of parts are you lookign for?
  3. They are immense, but surely would be spoiled if viewed form any direction other than the one its designed to look in perspective in, so if you were moving, you would realise quite quickly it was just a painting.

    Haircut...

then your not looking at it right! the wierd bits above the bike form the tail, the handle bars form the head, and teres a little dot that looks like an eye and the cranks look like the feet.

  6. I got my king 2nd hand, the last owner had it skip on him and he lost confidence in it. It only skipped once on him, and he susspected its because the axle was loose, but still he wanted a change. I opened it up as much as i could without removing bearings, degreased it fully, then blasted everything with gt85 to make sure it was clean. I then used ring drive lube (which is actually quite cheap- i got a little bottle, enough to do quite a few serives for £4) on the actual teeth area, but not exesseily, and used finishline wet lube on the splines on the freehub body. Is loud smooth, and so far hasnt skipped.

    Pass-plus.

Its a short course, 3-6 hours, assesed by intructor during the course who just gives you a certificate. I don't believe you need to apply anywhere, just contact a local instrctor and hel fit you in for a slot. The course covers motorwa driving, night driving, city driving ect, so may not be able to be done in one go (usually 2 sessions). The instructor will know more about payment methods.

  24. Look where the planes hit! and how they hit, they were totally absorbed by the building, there made as light as possible just so they can fly, they are made of aluminium, the building was steel and concrete, they did not affect the structure enough to cause the collapse- if the planes hit at the bottom, yeah i could believe it, but not at the top- there is definately somehting wrong with the way the buildings collapsed.
