  1. the majority of riders seem to use freehubs nowadays, im saying majority, as i know alot of freewheel users, and im one myself. this bottom bracket is seemingly really strong with the outboard bearings and would be my choice if i ever get a freehub setup
  2. Ill probably be able to work this out fine tomorrow, but just to save any confusion, im wondering what fitment will be like, dave from tarty did tell me but i forgot as had a lot going on in my head at that moment in time. Its a 73mm shell but has a spacer so it will fit a 68mm frame, does this spracer just butt up against the drive side cup? as it is in the piccie below? Any help appreciated, thanks RED LINE POINTS TO SPACER EDIT - Just reaslised that the red line is pointing to the NON-drive side, but do i still use that spacer for my 68mm frame?

  8. Since this clothing is being advertised on this forum, im prosuming its in the interest of bikers. When im out riding i dont like to wear my good clothes, for typical reasons. I think these tee's provide a good resource of well priced and probably good quality clothing, that looks quite stylish at the same time. I dont think its essential that you wear a top that says "KOXX", or, "OAKLEY" across it, its mearly something to cover us up. Most of the clothes i have are unbranded and look very smart, and im all for supporting up and coming companies, as i myself have been in the same situation as them, trying to start my own company last year. I've looked at these designs and spoken with a member of the company. They come across as a hard working, intelligent and an enthusiastic group that have worked their ass off to get this far...... good luck (Y)

REALLY enjoyed that vid, good riding and no crazy deafening rock music :P What was the song called? The drum sounded like that from Leftfield - Song of life stu
  10. as far as i can see the stuff on the site looks pretty damn good. I like the green hoody with the pinky sorta overlay. If that gets through testing id be interested in one of those for sure. Ill take some stickers off ur hands and pass them to a few mates if ud like :P
  11. Id be up for this for sure :(
  12. have you thought about making some sorta mould around the back of the magnets? and is there a recommened size of area that they should sit into like you get with subs? cos i know that Vibe are brilliant speakers and you dont wanna just have them in there for show, ud like to appreciate their goodness. You could try moulding a paper mashé(sp?) shell over some balsa wood as a cheapish resolution. keep us updated on how u get on :P
  13. is that my old escort........? <_< Nice snap shots, what camera do you use?
  14. I personally dont see anything wrong with 6x9's for a good value, good sounding system. My mate has had a polo coupe and now has a 306d-turbo. In both instances he has taken the parcel shelf out the car and not cut it at all, for the reason that when he comes to sell the car, he'd like to keep his stereo. He used some pretty thick MDF, cut it to the exact size to sit into the parcel shelf area, and then cut the required 6x9 shape. He then put a foam layer underneith and over the top, then covered it in a gay looking pink and black stripey material. Dont use the gay colour, but get something quite thick so it absorbs the sound nicely. also mount the 6x9s quite far apart, just over your right shoulder as drive, and left shoulder as passanger, as that will give you the best sound. Make sure your boot is quite padded inside, his old polo had no fabric in the boot and it sounded tinny and generally dire, so he also carpeted his boot, but im sure a megane will have an alright boot.
  15. Two very entertaining and inspiring vids ben. Some great bike work and persistance which is always a good thing. Keep it up and good luck in forthcoming events (Y)
  16. I personally have noticed no difference in the skt939 over the 754 for computing unless you are looking to overclock and stress your system. I use a skt754 AMD 3400 64bit, and its the best processor ive ever used, over intel 3.2ghzs. I currently have it running at 2.52ghz, and its stable and has never crashed. One of these will cost you about £110 Ram of choice is Kingmax PC4000 Hardcore ram from overclock.co.uk. Its fast as hell and fairly resonable. It was given brilliant reviews by Custom PC a few months back, a gig of this is about £90 The best skt754 motherboard on the market is the DFI LanParty UT nF3 250Gb, comes in at £70. Its EXTREMELY stable, and has everything you need, AGP, and a very nice 8.1 on-board audio id suggest this set up to anybody, and it will last you a good few years
  17. Seems good value for money, but is that £180 EXTRA for 3 years cover? i personally wouldnt get that, just make sure its covered on ur home insurance for damage or theft. most things that go wrong with a computer softwear wise you can sort yourself.

  20. i heard that in Scotland......if you download or get a pirate copy of a film, if you are cought, you only need to pay the RRP on that product............ as for download music etc, im sure ur chances of gettin cought are minimal, the reason ISP's brought in bandwidth limits was to do with piracy, so if you below that limit every month (most people are) your chances are VERY slim
  21. if ur sending unwanted data its most likely spyware, the microsoft anti spyware was the best i ever used, along with adaware, just watch for unknown "anti-spyware" programs, as infact they are sometimes spyware installers themselves. when u install windows, make sure you make a partition for it about 10gb, that way you only need to format that part of your drive when you re-install it. if you need any help add me to msn and i can talk you through stuff
