As I read your first post, your saying he agreed to post it the same day as you posted the money for it? I dont think anyone is that silly, so assuming you posted the cash next day, it arrives, the next day, then he had some delay and posted 1st class. 5 days fits into that quite easily, I think your just being impatient, that could just be the way im reading it though. People are so shit about smokers...
