I'm not a fan of internal headsets and therefore never ran one. So I can tell you how not to get it off. Which should still help. Don't use a screwdriver and mallet as you will destroy or damage the bearings. Then they won't be smooth. I had a quick search round here and on google but didn't find anything use full. Try emailing onza

I ain't found anything about building this wheel on here. And god help me if I was going to look through every result of 'wheel build' or 'spoke length' topics. Any help would be cool. So a Profile mini cassette 36h on a Alex DX32 38mm wide 36h. What spoke lengths will I need to use? Cheers guys!

I cudn't be bothered to read everyones post nor all of the guy who wrote it. Either way I think he gets the point. Some more complaints wouldn't go a miss!

I wondered if there were any riders who played Halo 2 online? It's silly I never played computers much really (now and then on the pc), and now I work at a damn computer games shop so I bought an xbox and set it up online. So I play that now to much! Games suck though don't they? They are super fun with mates but common riding is sooo much of a better time. Send my a friend request if you play and we can rip the piss into the sad acts who don't move all day. It's more fun than playing!

Maybe, I do go there most weeks. There is a London ride on though. If I don't go there. Ill come down Bristol.

Might turn up if I can figure out what station I got to get to and how. Long way from here. But worth it. I heard it was good last time!

I'm not really into bodgin stuff to much anyway. If it isn't designed to fit then don't put it on.

I haven't found anything about the rear Eno freewheel. I own a front one at the moment. The question is, will my front Eno ride on the back instead as a rear freewheel.

Full name. Profile Mini RV Cassette 10mm allen bolt. So why RV then? I'll look on the Profile box tommoro to see if said anything on there. I'll still go with race version though. Makes sense? Another quick question.. I can't find anything about rear Eno freewheel? Are they the same as the front?

I think maybe its cause I got extra big dropouts then. Or maybe i'm too precise for my own good.
-
Check CustomRiders out. I believe it stands for Race Version dropouts. I myabe wrong.
-
What frame are you running? I recon you have micro dropouts so maybe then, yes it would be a very good investment for you.
-
Yeh man for sure. 100% I just looked to double check
-
It's a mini RV. You know with the mini bolts instead of an axle.

Like the title says, will my Profile RV 10mm bmx hub fit into a 26" frame. I couldn't figure it out as I couldn't find any measurements. Cheers
-
The idea of a drive side hub guard seems a bit daft to me. I believe the cog isn't really going to get knocked if it's 13t or smaller. I've done a few grinds on my axle without the cog hitting. I do have the 2003/4 Ruben frame which has a bigger dropout on the drive side but even so I don't think it would be to easy to hit. I guess there is only a small market for these in the bmx world as most people have left hand drive (if their right pegged) plus have only 2 or maybe 3 pegs. So I think the only people to buy it would be 4 pegger's with extra small dropouts. I guess I don't need one but least its there if anyone did run into the problem.

How Do I Remove The Gold From My Back Wheel?
eskimo replied to Sam F's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
If your confident about rebuilding wheels then take it apart then just sand it down. Plus you could put some new spokes in while your at it (or whoever is building the wheel). You could just tape the spokes up then spray the rim whichever colour you like. Then just grind the rest of the colour off your side walls. If the rim was sprayed gold then it shouldn't be to hard to sand it off. Hope that helps. -
KHE are German though. I thought there stuff was pretty well precise. Seemed like it to me. My KHE bmx cranks are well fitting.

I used to ride a KMC Kool on my bmx but never thought much of it. That was on my bmx. It was a while ago and has been through 3 people. It's cheap as well. Around 7 quid. Plus every one else runs one. Must say something...? I ran a Shadow chain for a few months on the bmx and it just fell apart. Good idea but the pins sucked. Plus I found a few people who snapped them. But alot of bmxers don't know what chain tension is and run the chain so it creaks. The KMC Collapse. Real good chain. I found no problems with it so far and thought it was worth the money. (that was on the bmx) I haven't heard anything about these chains as such yet really. But not many people run them so maybe thats why. The one that is on the trials bike at the moment is a Standard Industries heat treated. Supposedly stronger than the fat moto chains as its heat treated. 25 quid but a very good investment. I love this chain and reccommend it. American made as well. I've never ran a Loophole but their products are good. So one of those isn't a bad choice either. 15 quid with free postage direct from their site. I got a Ti axle from them not so long ago it came real quick. 3 days I think it was.

I've rode bmx for years now and messed around with lengths on it. I found the trials bike not to be too bad when I got first on it. Although bunny hoppin wasn't to easy. I find that it takes me a week of riding to fully get back into the feel of my Echo. But on the bmx its takes only a few hours to feel comfortable again. I believe that even though the bikes have the same wheel size they shouldn't be the same size else where. Obviously the bmx is good on ramp and the trials bike good on the back wheel. It should stay that way and keep the 2 bikes different. It makes both riding styles easier and if they try to re-inact each other then it will just be harder in the long run. I hope that makes sense.

I got the Echo lite frame with 4 bolt mounting and have just ordered a heatsink vee adapter. I wish they made the Echo team frame with vee mounts. Cheers
