  1. I wonder how many people will reply in this post before he comes and has a look. I've mostly gone and picked my stuff up from him as i live down the road. About 17 miles down the road. Anyway i'm going to leave him guessing why i posted here. The service isn't exellent but he's a cool enough guy.
  2. Thank you That's what i would run. Even if i had the money for a king!
  3. Just my personal preference. I tend to use my frames until there dead. I rode my Macneil Ruben for 4 years before upgrading. Whatever you choose do is up to you. If you like it why change.
  4. 95 quid not bad. Defo a good buy for that amount. Scores 10 for price. But proberly not worth upgrading too much.
  5. Looking for someone who plays halo 2. I don't play anything else as by the time i'm bored its dry enough to ride or late enough to sleep.
  6. That is too very true. But i thought my reply recently was quite good. I put some thought into that.
  7. Sorry to update this thread but i'm sure that it's better than making a new one. Would anybody like to play Halo 2 on the Xbox? I'm currently unemployed so i have time for this.
  8. TRICKS AND STUNTS VIDEO Pedal and braking, pedal and braking. That was a joke for the people who watched it. 1. Anyhow try kicking your pedal, (you know what kicking is yeh) ...While lifting and leaning back. Sort of doing a wheelie. But with ONLY a pedal kick. So you move ONLY a few inches. 2. When the front wheel comes up and before you fall over the back, pull the brake! 3. The front wheel will drop *while holding the brake. Then.. Do another pedal kick. To move forward a few more inches. (you have let go of the brake) ...While lifting and leaning back. 4. Go back to step 2. And repeat. I know that was ONLY pedal and breaking but trust me you will be better off learning that first then you will suddenly be able to hop without thinking. Hopefully 90% of people will agree with this so you will know where to start.
  9. A DMR revolver with a Eno? Or a cheap freewheel for now?
  10. How often do they rip? Maybe it's from sidehopping so much. If it happens alot then i haven't got a clue, if everything is setup correctly that is. Possibly something to do with your rim?
  11. The Czar is very nice to ride. I haven't owned one but ridden my friends a bit. Seems really stiff and responsive. I like the bottom bracket height. Feels like a dream on the back wheel. It's a killer for sidehopping and pops up better than my mod. This is the bike that convinced me stock is cool. Front taps aren't too bad but expect your bunny hops not to happen and getting up the street way extremely difficult. No bad points but only disadvantages.
  12. Are the bearings upside donw? Or is it me? I thought the bearings should always face down. Topside or Downside of the Toptube. Sorry if i'm wrong though. Can someone double check that for me. 99% right i'm sure.
  13. Here's the one i used. LINK OBM's is rather good but if you did have any trouble try the one above for more help.
  14. You can do anything with most gears just makes it easier or harder. Fakies are easier with a harder gear. Like poopipe said tech is easier with a lower gear. But it your running a brake then that can help you instead of using pedal power. That may seem weird but tech is I'm running a Odyssey cassette with a 13t cog and 36t sprocket up from. Little more engagement than a freewheel so it helps. [edit] oh yeah i fogot to say.. BMX QUESTIONS
  15. Looks alright maybe a bit of the weighty side. How much you get it for is the question..? Then it'll be easier to give you a score. I cant really tell what wheels they are. Maybe a Alex Supra E on the back on a unsealed hub as it's 18t freewheel?

    Addictive Food

Looks like you spent some time on the presentation of that sandwich. I bet they don't always look as tidy as that I haven't had beetroot in a long time. Well since christmas i think. It so weird but i always just end up eating it by itself with a fork to the jar to the mouth. Simple as that. Just thought what about Easter eggs? They give that crunch that normal chocolate doesn't which proberly makes them sooo nice. I think i would buy them all the time but can't.
  17. It was suppost to be a best pedals topic but oh well. Just to review- Odyssey Jim Cielencki Pedals- My favourites of all time. Shimano DX Pedals- Would be a favourite but i hit my pedal to much to use them. Otherwise they rule.

  19. Dan, are these 26" frames going to be a high bb frame or the regular sized? If there about before i can afford a new big bike then i wouldn't mind riding one

    Bmx Questions

Theres not really many places that have built wheels already onto a Profile. I remember sourcebmx doing a Profile on The Eliminator rim build. Your best bet is to ask someone for a custom wheel build. Try here. I don't know if the wheels are pre-built though? Here are some more pre-builds. (if they are?) And here is a cheapo wheel. Well good though. I had a pair but snapped the axle in the rear. Plus many of the spokes went. But still 4 sealed bearings and a nice setup. The rim is quite weighty. I ain't moaning for the price!

    Bmx Questions

Most of them do custom wheel builds. Often if you buy the parts from them then their give you some spokes and the wheel build free. Alans build the best wheels without a doubt. I've tried a few and the spokes come loose within a month. But with an Alans build they stay tight for a long time. Like some else said a while ago "their rape you for postage" But building your own wheel is damn easy. Especially with new spokes. You don't even have to get the wheels fine tuned as it's only on your bmx. Obviously it would be nicer to have a tuned wheel but it's not a trials bike. Hope that helps. I wondered, what build you looking at?
  22. Imagen trying to get anywhere. I thought it was hard already but 1:1. I bet it's quite wierd still. How to you find certain things?

    Bmx Questions

It will no doubt fly away. Like Bongo said most frames are light now. But it will depend what frame your coming from. I went from a 6.2lb frame to under just under 5lb frame and it blew me away
