I was wondering what people eat/drink to kepp thier energy up on a long ride. For example i find eating a sandwich with meat in it and a lucozade hydro active gives me plenty of energy. This could be helpfull to others who are planning to go on a ride, and if they like me have issues with energy.
I'm looking to get my adamant frame resprayed (Sp), and i was wondering whether anyone happens to know anywhere i can get it done professionally. I live in buckingham and im looking for somewhere near-by, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Loosen off the TPA.
Loosen the mounts.
Move the cylinders into the right position (I'd say as close to the rim as possible, without it rubbing)
Tighten up the mounts keeping the cylinders in the right position.
Then start tightening the TPA untill it's how you want it.
It would help if you could find out the length of you're bottom bracket, so we can then see what's available for you.
I use a standard seasled Shimano square tapered one. Feels smooth and does the job.
:P
I'd say V8's aswell.. Some of my mates use them for jump, trials etc and they seem really grippy and strong.
I've noticed that beartrap/caged pedals don't last long for trials, as the cages seem to snap etc....
