yer i did the exact same thing they are good frames no doubt but a bit of advise, you'll need new chainring, cranks if your upgrading (if your running the original 24-18 or whatever it is) joe

Yer on the front freewheel specific the threads are on the other way around so it doesnt come undone. Yer ross great review and the freewheel is truly lush (had a go on his today) you have truly outdone yourself and have obviously gone out of you way to make this review. cheers joe
