Ok so i am coming up Norwich later, and will be staying til Friday evening. Will ride tomorrow and Friday, so does whoever wants to ride want meet at the station for 11? Hugh i pm'd you my number if you want to contact me or anything. Would anyone want to catch the train to Sheringham tomorrow and ride some natural??

Hey Hugh. I think some Norwich riders might be about on Friday as i read in another thread. I might be coming to stay at my sister's in Norwich tonight or tomorrow til Friday, not 100% sure at the moment. If i am i'd ride Norwich, and might get the train to Sheringham one day for some natural. I'll let you know

You can't check for headsets and forks with the brakes on, as your pads will be slightly loose. Turn your bars 90 degrees to your frame and 'rock' the front end. If it still feels loose then check your headset and steerer on your forks.

Haha. Funny way to flat spot your wheel. I saw you land onto the wall and thought it seems fine, then when you landed on it.... Big gap to be going for, i hope you have it when you get a wheel sorted.

Myself and some friends will be riding Sunday. So 11 at the station then? Haven't properly rode in ages so i'm not gonna be very good I'll ring him now to see whether he is coming, and if he wants your forks. We'll be riding Sheringham on Monday, so i hope all the locals will be too...

Saracen Rufftrax 3 is good value for money, but that's at just under £200...Halfords Can't really think of any decent xc bikes for around £150, i'm sure others will be able to help.

I'll be riding Sunday, has been a while though.... Can't decide whether to ride Sheringham or Norwich. If Alex says the rocks aren't covered up i'll ride Sheringham

Well after about 6 weeks of not having a bike, i finally ordered my frame knew i'd get time to ride it. Built it up the other night, with a few little problems...Brand new Pro-Bolt brake bolt snapped when tightening it up, with hardly any force into it. It snapped clean in 2 but luckily i managed to get some pliers on it. Then had to grind down my BB tool so that the teeth would fit better into the BB cup. Sprayed my forks, and also my rear rim which didn't come out too well. About half the parts on it are new that i had been collecting for a while. I think it rides really nice. Still getting used to the slightly lower gearing, and also that i haven't been on a bike for a while. So glad to have a bike again Let me know what you think. I can put down a spec if anyone is interested.

Really really liked that video. You seem so so much better on a stock. Is that a ZHI you're riding now? Why did you get rid of the Adamant? I thought the music went really well, i've always preferred videos with this sort of music in it

She did apologise and also send me a really nice text I've told her that if the pill continues to get her like this then get it changed, or not take it. Thank you Joe. But it is difficult when you've been with her for so long. You weren't replying on msn so just incase you read this, are you going to the 2 day YMSA event? There's a chance i 'might' be able to get a lift, and it'll hopefully be on my new frame Miss you too...seems ages since you were living down the road

I seem to have to be sorry for most things i do. It's like i can't do anything right. Or anything perfect for her. The other night on the phone she knew i wasn't in the best mood so she asked me what was up and i just said about being mainly stressed about my tech folder and how the teachers have made the situation worse, as well as other stuff that's been getting to me. Then she just said about how everyone has alot of deadlines at the moment, so it's not just me. Just recently over msn i knew something was up with her, she said coursework blah blah. I said how it'll all be fine soon....and then i said what she said over the phone the other day about how everyone has alot of work to do. As soon as i said that she flipped out. She said why am i so patronising all the time, and basically making out that i'm useless. Also. She knew that my sister was coming over this weekend for my birthday, and that i don't get to see her alot due to uni, but she invited me to a family meal at her house and obviously i can't make it. So i then get called ungrateful, and that it makes her look bad cause this is the second time in just over a year that i haven't made it to something her family have invited me to because i was busy. She was also in a really bad mood with me because i have a staff meeting at work that is compulsory, and there is little way of getting out of it. As this is the only day she's free i booked a meal for us after this meeting. She's now complaining at me about going to the meeting. I cannot get out of it. I don't get it. It's really not good for me atm cause i haven't been feeling great recently. I know the pill makes their hormones go crazy, and want to snap at any moment, but she just gets at me for anything, however small or silly it is. Surely it doesn't make them this bad on it's own. She never seems to understand my side of things, always hers

I don't want to hijack your thread, but i didn't want to start a new one....Basically, can banks make mistakes with cash machines? Can they take out more money then what they should actually take out?

I thought that was good, riding was big. I do love that song but have always thought it wouldn't go with a trials vid and to be honest i don't think it does. Other then that nice video
