Still haven't talked about it with her yet then.. I think you should just bring it up, honesty is a very important thing in love.. I phoned my gf today, after 5 times she still didn't pick up so I called her mother, she gave the phone to her and we finally had a word. She really didn't want to say alot, I asked her if she still liked me and she said yes, but I can feel that that really isn't the truth.. She told me that she was just confused because she had a lot of problems with herself. Already spoke to her best friend, and my gf told her she wants to break up. I'm completly broken by the whole situation, I was so badly in love with her She made me feel happy for the first time in months, and whenever I was with her life just felt great. Don't know what to do now, I'm just feeling shit and panicing the whole day =/ Probably better for her to end it if she feels this way, but i'm still very gutted by it all Can't write anymore about it because it will mess me up, hope I will get a nice night of sleep...probably not.

Yea a diary is a very nice thing. I actually had an online diary where people who were in the same position as me could make comments and give tips, it was really nice I still use it, even though I'm doing alot better than I used to.

Depression is so bad... there isn't really a cure for it, you have to face it yourself and try to conquer it. I have no idea what the source of your depression is so I don't if this is the kind of stuff that will help you Things that help: -Be optimistic Don't think of yourself just failing at everything, there will come a day that you will learn to handle stuff, and everything will be all right at some point again. Just think about that alot. Try to see yourself succeeding. - Talking with people about your feelings this was one of the most important things for me.. Just don't keep all your feelings for yourself, one of the worst things you can do. There are people who have the same problems as you, if you could talk to someone like that it would be a good thing, recognition in yourself is always nice.. - Search for distraction Don't just sit at home thinking about all your problems, go out and try to have a good time with trials or friends, or whatever makes you happy. Starting new hobby's will help a great deal aswell. Playing video games in bed or watching a movie keeps you trough sleepless nights aswell.. - Confront your fears it might seem very scary, but this was the key solution for many of my problems. If you will just keep running away you will never ever deal with certain things. Really a hard thing..but a must if you want to come over your fears. - Keep a way from addicting things Your much more vulnerabble to addictions when your depressed, speaking out of personal experience here.. It may feel good at the moment your doing it, but it will make you even more depressed in the end. Still have troubles with it now, keep away from it! Can't think of anything more atm. Yea I already called some friends to have a chat to get things of my mind. Then my gf's mom called again She told met how she [the mom herself] ha suffered a serious case of annorexia, and that she was never really there as a mother for my gf, so my gf never learnt how to deal with certain situations, so she never talks about her feelings and just flee's from them.. Was quite an emotion conversation really, her mom is quite an amazing person [no, not in that way ] Anyway, I'm certain to have a nice talk with my gf now because I have a better idea of whats on her mind now.

I will not even go into this Her mom just called me, and she was too upset to be able to speak with me, she has had alot of stress with school, and with her mother, like she said herself. I already knew this was the case so I understand... Her mom also said that my gf was scared that her friends told me she was going to break up, so now I know she already had idea's of breaking up with me. My gf will call me about everything tomorrom Meh hate this so much...

Just tried to call my gf, she doesn't pick up the phone.. Sight..even more insecure about it all now. Feel absolutely shit right now, shaking and dizzy and everything...sigh

Yea thats true, but she lives in an other city and I'm too busy with school to pay a visit. And I really don't want to walk with this feeling on my mind much longer, I will bring it up again if I see her face to face again. Thanks for the advice

I might be the soft sensitive guy here, but I can't believe what some people here are saying... The girl is not just sort of lifeless toy you can practise on, don't be so self centered and consider other people's feelings aswell. Glen knows what it feels to be toyed with aswell, and now he is going down the same road. And kissing/sex and all that other stuff should not be for pure pleasure, but because you care about someone.. I really couldn't imagine kissing someone else than a girl that is my gf. Very old topic, but I didn't want to make a new one, so I'll post it here.. I'm about to buy a new rear wheel, which has a try-all hub and I have the option between 42mm and 47mm rims.. I was wondering if I could run in on my monty 221PR 07... since I hear all this stuff about weird spacing on monty's. Thanks in advance

I have a different question regarding wheels, but I figured it didn't need it's own topic. I have a monty 221PR 2007 and I was looking for a new back wheel. Pretty nooby about this al since I've always ran the same wheel I found alot of different spacings on them for the rim. I'm trying to choose between 42mm and a 47mm widness. I prefer a wider rim, but I'm not sure how it will work out with the spacing on the frame... The hubs are 116mm but should be good I think.. The ones i'm talking about are on this page: http://www.trialmarkt.de/ > Laufrader 20 '' > bottom 2 try-all wheels. So I was wondering if the 47mm one is able to run on a monty 221pr 2007, if not, is the 42m? Post is a bit unclear but I hope it is understandable. Thanks in advance

1. they are fine from what I can tell 2. They have a very long wear time, I have a big travel distance to spots and they still lasted a year 3. they are reasonbly bouncy, but I know a try al is bouncier 4. they are better than maxis imo
