It wasn't that long ago that MBUK hated trials...... it's only because it became popular that it got in the mag... i still have an issue that has martin on the front cover doing a big drop... a nice 6 page spread on his 10 ft + 360 spin off.... and then flick to the letters page.. and theres someone saying about how boring trials is to watch and that it's crap.... and the (ed) replys that it is and something needs to be done about it to make it more appealing to the masses..... MBUK only do poser crap.. and they talk out of there arse allot... best example is Ben Savage.... one of the best riders in the country and the only time he gets in MBUK in a good spread is when he's doing posy shit at chris's yard.... thats MBUK.... And if you look back in the old issues at all the trials riders that have hade nice spreads done about them.. it's ether for the pose factor... or that martin whats them in there.... and some of the pose riders don't even ride anymore..... remember Neal Lemon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to name but one......

It is more natral and rocks than anything else but there is street in the film. the bmx is in the extras.. and the guy slipping of his pedal... it's his film.. i was the one sniggering.....

It's on the dvd i did for..... under trailer..... It's done on final cut pro 5.1 on an apple..... It's called madusa's path by the prodigy.. and thanks,

I use the ROHLOFF SLT99 TRIALS it's abit pricy at £30 but it's well worth the piece of mind...

yes they are and i highly recomend them... ID are the main importer,its called the S L T 99 TRIALS (110 LINKS) and most bike shops deal with them. there about £30 and worth every penny..

Wheels have to built right... if you don't no what your doing leave it for someone who knows how to build them...if you want to try it yourself, you can do a search on the forum as there are lots of topics on this..... ps. put where you live on your profile because if you live close, i could build them for you..

HOPE.... the name you can trust..... i use xc mono ti hubs and have for years, and i trust them.... and yes i have tried others and there never as reliable... the pro 2 seams good but i've seen them skip already.. as there only running on 2 pawls at a time... but then i'd trust it more than any other hub..

Might be the wrong pitch chain.... more than likely it's the good old new chain on old sprockets........ the only way to solve that is buy new sprockets.... and buy an mtb chain as there stronger....

Read my last post.............. kmc cool chains are for bmx size sprockets and will fail if your using mtb cogs, if you do use mtb cogs buy a rohloff .... or a sram pc68 8 speed chain... there cheap

I've been riding for almost 10 years, and yes the comp side has got more serious and lost some of the fun, thats why i stopped competing.... so i ride for fun and to push my self and anyone who want's to learn how to ride.. but what's the point in bitching about it because no matter what sport you do there's always someone whos a sh*t and wants to spoil it for the rest of us.......
