Hey y'all!! :D

Its payday shortly and I want to upgrade my rear pads on my Phase 1.2.. Only thing is, theres so freakin many to choose from!! I'll start with the basics of what I have!!

Maggie HS33 (Obviously) :P

Standard mounts

Echo 4 bolt booster

SMOOTH Alex DX32 rim

I was looking at the new BBB Tie Fighters earlier as they were cheap, looked funky and Tarty said they'd be good on a smooth rim but after reading a review just before, I don't think I'll bother!! I just want to know what you guys think are the best for smooth rims that would give good bite and a nice loud noise!! ;) (always wanted my brakes to do that!!) Got a budget of about 20 quid but maybe more if there is a strong reccomendation!!

Cheers in advance guys and gals!! :)

Cheers for the quick reply!! :)

Do you know what they are like on a smooth rim?? Just I'm finding it getting my hands on a grinder!! :/ Otherwise I'd have just ground the rim really harshly and bought loads of crappy cheapo standard pads from Halfords and wore the s**t outta them!! :P

Cheers again

Thanks for all the replys!! :)

So do the heatsink yellows work on smooth rims just as good as ground rims?? Just on Tarty, it doesnt say owt about smooth rims.. :/

Also, I'd like a pad that would work just as good in the wet as they do in the dry (I know that'll never happen!!) so I'm considering going for the onza citrus pads suggessted before!! Just on the simple idea that they have those water run out thingys cut into them!! :P

Keep the suggesetions coming!! :)
