Sealing Garage Walls

Recommended Posts

There always seems to be a layer of grit/dust all over my Mini when its been in the garage 2 minutes. Its a brick garage with a wood and felted roof.

The house is only rented so i can't really be painting it.

If it gave it a good brush and a good layer of diluted PVA (i've got a 5l tub already) stop a lot of the grit coming off the brickwork or are there better sealers available?

I'm sure if you asked the landlord if you could paint it, they'd be open to it? Just confirm the colour with them first?

EDIT: Actually, just remembered that most landlords are not like mine... She's awesome. :P

No landlord I've known would have a problem with you making their garage better. It'll look better, and it'll not cover stuff in dust, there's no logical reason for them saying no - especially if you're not going to ask them to stump up the cash.
