Mark W Posted April 3, 2007 Report Share Posted April 3, 2007 Following my tried and trusted YMSA section finishing technique by throwing yourself over the bars within sight of the end flag I see Did that no less than 3 times in my first comp, and then at least once or twice for all the others I did.
