clean and clear, very nice!

I look after my dads flats in the summer and we have this quite often. One flat in question was left pretty tidy, floors and tops were clean, but the walls and stuff were really dirty and on the doors where you grab them when there half open there was dirty marks, not loads, just enough to notice, and the walls had loads of dirt marks on them. These are top end new build flats so they all needed to be immaculate before the next tenants move in. The pretens could have spent a couple of hours with a wet cloth rubbing them off, but prob either couldnt be bothered or more likely didnt think they were that bad. It answer to your question depends how you left the place, and some peoples idea of clean if very different to other peoples. If you were a common tenant, you have probably lost that deposit there is very little legal legislation protecting common tenants, if you were a private tenant you need proof that you cleaned it, pictures and stuff. The other thing is to offer (which is what we do) is to go round with her, and she can show you where it was dirty and you offer to clean it, or source your own cleaner? Good luck!

Orbs are dust particles reflecting off natural sunlight of flashgun light. FACT I dont think you can get photographs of gosts, my house is haunted many different people have felt it. The guy that built my house died in it. It was all his own designs and drawings and stuff, we found alternative blueprints for several different rooms in the house. We basically gutted the house becase it was old and built in ensuits in some of the rooms like the alternative blueprints suggested and just redecorated the others. It all started when we took down the first wall upstairs the room went ice cold. could be explained by a draft as a wall waaassss missing. But our dogs who used to sleep in the room wouldn't go in there at all, not even to eat which is weird. Then you would be in there sanding the floor or painting and you would kept getting tapped on the shoulder. we brought in a builder because no of my family wanted to go in the room anymore. The builder left in two days haha ... anyway we put the wall back and it all stopped untill we did another room and the point of this story is i spent lots of time trying to get photos to prove there was something there, there clearly was but nothing came out on digital or film, weird yer?

Iv been twice, first time had my wallet stolen, second time some guy just bottled my friend, was a fun night in a and e, lol but i haev only been there for nights out, im sure is nice during the day

For getting mugged! Im at Lancaster, go to UCLAN sometimes for sports photography its quite nice, its just that its in preston haha
