Yes but something like that will benefit in other areas and techniques, such as two wheel balancing, gaps and ups to front and front wheel pivoting. What I'm stating is that people all seem to jump on the band wagon and think that bottom bracket height, back wheel control and weight is what makes a bike ride 'nicely'.
Phat mike is riding a Phase 1.2 here which is 1075mm wheelbase with a +5mm bottom bracket and is flying up 54-55 inch taps. Just because a frame is 1100mm long doesn't mean it will fly up stuff, the balance of the other measurements has to be right.
