Anyone know of any decent climbing forums? There are climbing threads on most of the forums I go on, but each has about 5 active members.

Doesn't work, it's thin enough to leak past the seals. I used to use Procool in mine. It's some special fluid for water-cooled motorbikes. Nice and free flowing, slightly lubricating, and doesn't corrode or damage anything.

Errr, I wouldn't say "yes" straight away to that. Every single laptop and telly I've ever owned didn't have HDMI. If your laptop has HDMI, and your telly has HDMI, then it'll work.

Luck has nothing to do with it. He has a job, he's worked, and he's spent it on bikes. Compared to rent, gas, electric, internet, phone bills etc, trials bikes cost f**k all.

Ah, I always followed 2g of protein for every kg of body weight. Admittedly I'm getting way more than that at the moment though, and that's just from my diet. I weigh 175lbs at the moment, get around 200g of protein a day and split it over 4 meals. (All I can manage really due to work), so heading for the higher end of the scale anyway. If I was cutting though I'd be aiming for 150g though.

Aye well I'm aiming for 3.5k calories a day. I'm only 5'11" but my ideal weight I tend to hover around is about 13 stone, and as I'm trying to bulk as much as I can over winter I need to eat a ridiculous amount.

Sounds like a plan, I'd say add 50-75g of rice into the chicken salad at lunch perhaps. All depends on the portions though. My pasta meal I'm having tonight has 250g of lean mince, 150g pasta, 200g mushrooms, half a large onion and 250g of pasta sauce per portion. It's a pretty big plateful.

If by a pinch you mean 3-4"...

If want to get lean/ripped I'd say stick with that and see how it goes. Maybe look at adding some more carbs in, but bring it up slowly. The one thing I'd change really would be to cut the protein intake down to about 150g. Still 3 times what you need to survive (roughly), so you'll have enough in there to build some muscle as well. You'll just be shitting out the extra 110g.

Yeh I've not been for a while, just too busy at the times I can go. I like the foundry a lot more, just less busy and more interesting IMO. I went outside today! Lovely day for it. I seconded a VS (hardest route I've climbed outdoors), really enjoyed it. I could easily second harder, but my mate who leads didn't fancy doing anything harder. We set up a top rope to play on an E4 later on, he managed but struggled, I had two goes but failed about half way each time.

Ah excerrent. Found a way of shutting my server up, fiddled some numbers in the BIOS so the CPU fan is super quiet until the CPU hits 50C now. Which it never does. Score.

Be fine, each of my cards require two 6 pins, my PSU only had 2 so I'm using two of these. One of them should be fine for you. Might be an idea to connect them to different cables though if possible (if your PSU has two or more cable for molex). If it's still working it should be fine, the smell could just be hot computer smell. As said, clean it out. I just use the hoover with the bristle attachment, I know you're not supposed to do that but I've been doing it since I started playing with computers (must have been about 1998). Leave GPU-Z and speedfan open in the background to monitor the temps and see how close to the limits they're getting. Just hoovered out my server and tidied all the cables up, it's too loud though. Need to find a way of quietening the CPU cooler.

I say if you can't be at her house within half an hour, it's not worth it. Depends how much she means to you though.

I has new server. Intel Pentium D 2.8ghz dual core 2x1gb DDR2 533mhz RAM Asus P5V-VM motherboard Antec Sonata 2 case Antec 450w PSU At the moment all it has is a 120gb IDE HDD, useless as a file server but all I want it for at the moment is to run Apache2 and a Minecraft server. Once hard drive prices drop to their normal level I'll fill it with 2tb drives. Spec isn't amazing, but I bought the case, motherboard, one stick of ram, CPU, PSU, a 7600GT and a soundcard for £50. All I've had to do to get it going is stick in my spare hard drive and the extra stick of RAM that I had kicking around. Tis running very hot though, going to rebuild it, sort out the airflow and hoover all the dust out of it when I get chance. Got a posh CPU cooler on it as well.

Crisis! Trying to think of a christmas present for a lass. It's almost impossible. Bought her jewellery for her birthday, honestly can't come up with anything thoughtful.

I did for 6 months, then once we lived together she cheated on me. Good times. (Yes. 6 months. I know. Long story short I live in Sheffield, she needed somewhere to stay for 3 months in Sheffield until she moved into her new house.)
