The 50% one probably takes a stupid amount of other things, and they probably want royalties 70 years after death (which you can negotiate to only stick for the length of the contract) Are any of you part of the musicians union? If so, you can go (free) to a music lawyer and have them read through the contracts and have them tell you exactly what stuff means.

Was gonna say, the Diploma you can not turn up to any lectures on, do a few exams and get a distinction. It should've been two main terms or a trimester type thing. Degree isn't even degree at ACM, some parts are stupidly easy..

I don't often pull you up on stuff, but wtf? You're 18 now, and the minimum age at ACM for degree is 18, plus they don't do Percussion.. Unless you got in like.. 3 years early.. Thought you did National Diploma Drums anyway. Edit: To make this slightly on topic, I sort of know how to play drums but won't ever classify myself as a drummer. Use to have a Yamaha kit, but sold it for space.

Which is utter balls. I've seen poor people be given chances, and people on the edge of dying somehow get better. I've thought to myself one night 'if only that would happen', then a few days later that exact thing happen.
